    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    @theJagmeetSingh My wife just retired from Telus and says this has been a problem for decades. Rogers, et al, are no better. Glad you are taking notice and want to do something about it.

    @theJagmeetSingh For once I agree with you. Telus use to have excellent service. Last time I tried to upgrade I got someone from off shore and to her best she couldn’t do the job. Bell isn’t any better!

    @theJagmeetSingh It is not just TELUS all Canadian Engineering companies are off shoring Work to other countries Mostly to India . Shut down Canadian universities we don't need them if work is getting offshore

    @Zach_Fleisher We went with Fido (Rogers baby company) because they were a lot better than what we were being offered from Rogers, Shaw, or Telus. I’m not on my phone a ton so I’m sure someone who really depends on it might want a better network but Fido does everything I need.

    @theJagmeetSingh Telus is profited off health and done a very poor job at it absolutely no support for Telus! Their taxes should be higher and pay better.
