    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Need assistance with billing on account closed July 2022 (today October 2022). I received ANOTHER BILL today. Bill total is $0. When will these bills stop. In decades, I have had exemplary service from Telus. Family worked for BC Tel, and shareholder. WTH?

    @TELUS Hi telus, this number 778-541-2206 called me claiming to be a representative from Telus. When I said this isn't a good time, the male on the other line hung up. I called the number back and it did not connect to Telus. Please help stop these scam calls. Thank you.

    @DhaliwalSports Telus has a dedicated Vancouver canucks sports channel 913 just for Vancouver canucks games that they never ever use called Sportsnet one Vancouver canucks hockey should use this channel for tonight's game

    @TELUSsupport and @TELUS After a 2 hour wait on hold your agent was unable to help me with my issue and transferred me to another department.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your call center recording says "call back during normal business hours". What are your hours? It's 4:33 pacific time and you're closed. Why no call-back service? Over 1hr on hold makes me 😡

    Call into @TELUS, wait on hold for 30 minutes, reach an agent, but they can’t help, so they transfer to another department, wait on hold for several more minutes, and then the system hangs up. FRUSTRATING and BROKEN SUPPORT! 🤬

    @TELUS be ashamed!!! You are now charging your customers who pay with cc a 1.5% fee ( plus tax of course) I’m sure the cc transaction fees weren’t already priced into your charges 🙄🙄 . The big 3 have already monopolized the industry and their greed shows every day. WORST SRVCE!

    Wow…thanks for responding. In SE Calgary. Almost half of my company is experiencing same problems plus about 10 other people with Telus phones in my personal life. All have the same problem….dropping almost every call and ‘choppy robot voice’ I know you are aware of it
