    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    I only decided to get tested when I was using Telus's Heath app and just plugged in two of the major issues I have been having for the past few days now (Running Hot and cough) into it and both times it says, "You may have the plague. Maybe get tested so I did."

    @TELUSsupport So now, I think that this might be the root of the problem? That the Telus representative mentioned previously didn't associate my phone number with my new device and that's why Assurion doesn't see it as being covered?

    Not to mention that their call lines are always so busy that getting through to people can take hours. I'm so ******* frustrated I wanna cancel everything. Would not recommend telus at all

    It's actually been messing with my blood sugars too, since I have to be out of the house all day now to work. I work remotely so that I can take better care of my diabetes. Can't work from home without internet. I'm so exhausted and really wish Telus would get their **** together

    @TELUSsupport Text wasn’t going out! I rebooted it many times over the last 2 weeks! It looks now it started to work. I hope I won’t have more issues. As a recent customer to Telus I was very upset running to that issue.

    update time: Theres been problems with the internet. Telus keeps saying everything should be ready to be set up but they keep just not coming to get things done. I'm not sure when they will actually stick to their word, so I'm not sure when I can stream again. I miss y'all

    @JordanMRoberts As a person trying to navigate our system, it's so broken. I've been pushed toward Telus Health every phone call, medimaps every phone call. If these are required services why are they private for profit services? Why does the system push us toward them?
