@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

  • darci_oakford Darci Oakford-Kuit (@darci_oakford) reported from Wembley, Alberta

Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@FenderGuy69 I bought an S20 5G right from Telus. They had a deal that brought the purchase price way down. Buying any "flagship" phone at full price is crazy imho. Since these things only last a few years, lower capital cost is good.

  • woodwarddotCA Jeff. Now with 10% More Pumpkin Spice! (@woodwarddotCA) reported

@TD_Insurance I'm just writing to let you know that you have the WORST customer service, and that's really saying something in a world where Telus exists. You lost a customer today & though I know you don't care I'm going to advocate to everyone I know to use anyone else but you.

  • ChameleonCir ChameleonCircuit (@ChameleonCir) reported

@_jonathanpicard telus 🥰 *doesnt work 70% of the time*

  • unringablebell The Unringable Bell (@unringablebell) reported

@FrogInevitable @JeanLucMarches1 For internet I use teksavvy. They use the same infrastructure as rogers but at a fraction of the cost and with no commitments or "promo rates". For cell service, TELUS has the best network so cheapest price on the best network would be with the TELUS flanker, Koodo.

@trustednerd @TELUSsupport @TELUS Not everything requires a lawsuit, damn life must be so frustrating when you're so angry and constantly wanting to be the victim

  • LeafsGirl14 Paisley Cornell | She/her (@LeafsGirl14) reported

@InsiderOilers @darthvanderlaan @TELUS I found that I've had to repeat "actually, I think I'm going to go ahead and just cancel" two to three times before they gave me a reason to stay.

  • unringablebell The Unringable Bell (@unringablebell) reported

@FrogInevitable @JeanLucMarches1 Rogers is Fido's parent company. Quality of service is reduced to account for Fido's lower rates but otherwise the same. Koodo belongs to Telus. Bell owns Lucky & Virgin. These are known as mvno's.

  • Cameron__Archer Cameron Archer (@Cameron__Archer) reported

@Shawhelp @TELUS I guess my next call will be to cancel services.

  • handymanSL Terry Spencer (@handymanSL) reported from Slave Lake, Alberta

@TELUSsupport Yes… because Telus did nothing to solve the problem. Glad your following the main message.

  • dadzez Raymond (@dadzez) reported

@gmbutts @TiMoudou @Rogers Yep, 2010 came to that conclusion, then Bell 2004. Since then Telus, no issues, no drama, just good service 👍
