    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    @mgamble @mediamorphis The short answer is yes. Telus has had a similar practice for years (they call it "video optimization"). This is the trouble with "ex post" (i.e. complaint-based) rulemaking favoured by the #CRTC. The practice is wrong, but who will take the time to file a formal complaint?

    Well today is not a good day so far…. I’ve been told that if we can’t get our internet fixed with Shaw, we have to go to Telus. And since I live in a small town, Telus is pretty **** for options. Which means I may have to quite FFXIV. The only game keeping me happy.

    @TELUSsupport why is your customer support dogshit?! I’ve been trying since yesterday to talk with an agent, I don’t want a “virtual chat or assistant”. Oddly enough, my wife called on. @TELUS device and the guy hung up on her because of bad reception

    @Bird5Ca Down here in North York. Also my mobile network from Telus is also very spotty.
