@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

Spent 4 hours trying to get in touch with customer service including on here. When messaging on here the person in charge of Telus Twitter creeped my Twitter snd starting messaging me on a tweet from 3 weeks ago. Honestly the Twitter customer service experience was so wild.

@EricThe72645196 So we have actually at least started to address this issue: but You have to start realizing Bell/Rogers/Telus is telecommunications and not broadcasters. Though Bell media arguably does dabble in both.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport gotta be the biggest scamming crock of steaming horse **** that ever existed in this country 30 minutes on hold trying to wipe away $175 of plain as day black and white over charges.

@TELUS I’d love to know why nobody at your loyalty support has called me back for over a month. Sitting on hold for 2 hours to be told I’ll get a call back is unacceptable, so is a $180/month! Why would I agree to double my payment? Get it together, Telus. This is crap.

@AnthonyLacavera Yes, but more importantly I know how it would affect me as a Telecom Contractor. The oligopoly of Telus/Bell/Rogers already creates a false economy where companies like Rogers try and dictate what we can charge for our services to build their network.

@AnthonyLacavera Carriers have saved piles of $ over the years (telus and bell network sharing plus big decreases in carrier workforce) and that hasn’t translated to lower user costs. Combining companies won’t help end users. Carriers all about lowering their costs and increasing their profits.

@TheCoronaCure_ More than likely your data was sold directly from your service provider. Telus sold all of their client info to the Canadian govt for 200k in 2021.

This is another Canada’s worst mobile service provider ever @TELUS @telusmobility @TELUSsupport. I have been your loyal customer for years but this is how I got. Avoid this company guys if you don’t want headaches. Not worth your money at all.
