@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Your services suck! Over the last 3 months I’ve been rebooting my modem every second day. My home alarm from Telus was a mess this am. I deserve better service than this. It’s summer & if your technicians are working continuously I can only imagine the state in winter. #Telus

@TELUSsupport I’m getting north of 750mbps to a Telus server in #yeg. The problem is not inside my house. Fix your peering.

@Flagpole_Canada @DanielVyner @Rogers The region is small and they are allowed access to the nationwide network through regulation that Bell, Telus, and Rogers customers pay for.

@ScottBilleck I was at an outdoor event, Telus network phones received 3+ alerts in rapid succession, Rogers phones got one about 45 minutes after Telus, and Bell didn't get anything.

@LSKinYYC @TELUS I hear you, its only going to get worse if the Shaw rogers deal goes ahead. There is already not enough competition in Canada. I see the ads for US service and there is no comparison to what we have to pay for a similar service.

In all this talk of new “models” and “mechanisms”, does anyone see a solution that front-line family docs are likely to buy into (not just go through the motions to get paid… Telus Health does that fine) and that is truly scalable? Let alone affordable? Because I sure don’t.

@TELUSsupport So 2 weeks without a phone is normal service from telus and not one follow up by anyone? I want a manager to contact me !! This is ridiculous. Having to find my own loaner phone and we are going on 2 weeks I will not be making any more payments for service I am not receiving

@zephryus47 @TELUS He never was capable of accurately explaining the difference. I asked to be transferred to loyalty or I’d drop their “service”.

Lmfao @Telus, you guys are ridiculous. Charge me for a service that I didn't use, for 4 days before it was suppose to be active, when it was cancelled the same day it was suppose to be activated.

@askmewhatdeezis @LFalasca @FreedomMobile If you're talking about the outage, that I can understand. One removes the key (sim) to the network from the slot, and then you *can* call 9-1-1, since it'll connect to any available working network, that being bell or telus in that case.
