Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

  • valhallabrit Claire (@valhallabrit) reported from Beaverlodge, Alberta

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

What the heck is going on at @TELUSsupport tonight. An outrageous $1000 unknown charge on my bill. The my Telus website is down. I have been getting weird run around on the phone. Have they succumbed to the full moon or something.

  • tmsoil T SPENGLER (@tmsoil) reported

@TELUS Down with 5G. If it kills birds, what will it do to the rest of us?

  • dodgeboy76 chompchewy (@dodgeboy76) reported

@RachelNotley @KathleenGanley What about the Cell company’s @TELUS and Bell, prices are god damn ridiculous

  • CRSD72 School District 72 (@CRSD72) reported

Telus customers may be experiencing failed calls when trying to reach #CRSD72 schools & offices. The district is working with Telus to have them try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, contact the school office by email & their website Contact Us page.

So @TELUS / @koodo are capping internet speed on 4g plans to 100Mbps, which charging a **** load of money on their higher tier plans. In other words, either their network sucks, or they will introduce a price plan add on to get faster speeds. #telus #koodo #canada @CRTCeng

  • FrankPGallo Frank Gallo (@FrankPGallo) reported

@MobileSyrup The Telus 5G network (Telus owns Koodo) is only marginally faster than the 4G network. Is this how they plan to differentiate their upcoming 5g plans from their 4g plans? Slow down the 4g plans so the 5g plans look better. Pretty frickin shady, even for a sleazy big 3 Telco.

Here's a fun fact: If you get home security from @TELUS and select self install but then can't connect a device for a reason outside of your control (like wires that are too short for their device) they'll just tell you to pound sand when you ask for help 🙃

  • AlbertanKelly Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reported

@AnastasiaSci @TELUS Yep. I know. Need a new plan. The issue was I was on a $90 per month plan with 2 Gigs of data - which I significantly go over each month.

  • 73clw Connie woodrow (@73clw) reported

@TELUS so disappointed in this company. Trying to move overs to this company and no one wants to help. Cust service is the worst!!!!

  • eliseandrews40 Elise Andrews 🇨🇦 (@eliseandrews40) reported

@asbinvancity Shaw sucks. I switched to Telus over a decade ago, still extremely happy with the switch. They give me free stuff all the time and service is great.
