    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    @TELUS How can uou treat a customer of 20 years with such disdain. a S22 Samsung 50$ a month and 65$ a month contract. Thiefs..unbelievable I have been paying 80 a month with a S4 Samsung since 2013

    @TELUS 20 years with you with an 9 years same phone on a 80 dollars a month package and all you can offer me is S22 at 50$ a month with a 65$ a month package ..what kind of fidelity deal is that. 4 hours wasted on the phone not a good service one bit. losing a loyal customer.

    called telus and informed them I was switching providers. They offered something called the "simple switch" where they contact my current provider and cancel for me. They also took care of my final bill with Shaw. Thankyou telus!
