    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @Ayan604 That is completely unacceptable, and I am sorry you had that experience Andy. This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS.     Please @TELUS can you work to improve the very poor cellular service at Pinery Provincial Park? We don't need gigabit service, but basic call and messaging services would offer basic safety.

    God my internet is so slow :/ I have Telus purefibre 250 Mbps and man it is sooo slow to download games or stuff on my laptop like it takes an hour plus. tbh i kinda did forgot what internet plan i actually had (lol) but i thankfully will probably upgrade to either purefibre 1 gigabit or 1.5 gigabit and hopefully i will have much faster speeds :) and once i do that, i will only have to get an Ethernet port installed in my bedroom and then i will finally not have to worry about internet speeds again :3

    @mexicaninTO @TELUSsupport @telus we’ve spent 3 hours on the phone today, several hours the day before and more hours the day before that trying to get your customer service to honour the agreement made the first day. All they did was screw up all of our tv channels! Sick of this crap!

    @BenRabidoux The poor coverage quality was unbearable. Telus is cooked. Fibre internet is still solid.
