    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus has the worst customer service. Loyalty department calls me and leaves the General TELUS line as the callback number...I call in and the reps say the loyalty department is closed. So how could they have called me and left a message to call back then?

    @diana_murphy613 Telus is your most competitive of the big 3. Bell isn’t a bad choice either but wouldn’t touch Rogers even if they offered me 50% off my bill. They’re that bad. I’ve repped all 3 so I say this with some experience behind me.

    @TELUS there is no way you guys aren’t slowing down my “high speed data” when I’m not even a 3rd away from my limit. My phone has never been so slow since I got this new plan, such a scam

    @Shawhelp I DMd with no response and have been on hold using Telus phone because all Shaw services dead for 27 minutes. Thanks for the usual great customer service. I am tired of waiting so hanging up.

    @micha3lhugh3s Telus is 60 a month for 30 gig per device. So I’m offering my whole team free mobile. I was floored by the Shaw offering during the sales process, it was everything I wanted. I was even willing to accept some issues. What I am experiencing is total dysfunction.

    I’ve had nothing but problems from Shaw Mobile. I wouldn’t reply on it to call 911 if I was in danger. So buying out my phone and switching to a Telus Business plan… mixed feelings as I’ve always been a big fan and supporter of Shaw.

    Called @TELUS about a billing issue & found out they updated their plans last year to offer more data (3x what we have) at $30 less than what we’ve been paying. Seems @TELUS is just fine with long time customers being on expensive contracts rather than notifying of better plans.
