    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @bleating_lamb @JimScarratt Didn't bother with transfer & changed provider, annual subscription for alternate payroll equivalent for one month earnie/telus. Now ready to dump gatekeeper... actively looking for alternatives...not convinced their offer for agronomist/mapping solution will be viable (30yrs FP)

    @TELUSsupport hi, sorry to bother you again, but I’m unable to log into My Telus account at all since Aug 2. When I try to reset my password or use the Login Link email feature, Telus doesn’t send me the emails for either. And yes, my email entered is correct. What is happening?

    Telus took a $2.1 billion writedown on Telus Digital this quarter, the arm it built to sell AI and customer service work to other companies. Adjusted income still dropped 26 percent once you strip that out. I've built systems like this. The story sells long before anyone checks if the product holds up. Makes me wonder how many other Canadian telcos are carrying an AI unit priced on the same promise.

    @MrStache9 I ditched Telus over a year ago. My friends in Kitchener & my brother ditched Bell. Too expensive & ****** service. I haven’t had a land line for more than 10 years. I’m with Rogers now, for both home and cell service. Telus I was paying over $100 just for my cell. With Rogers I pay $25 for my cell. Cable wise, Rogers isn’t much cheaper but it is more reliable.

    @TELUS What did your technicians do in New Westminster? I have no Internet or phone after they left my neighbor next door. I depend on your services for work. Urgently asking for service to be back up and running

    @Penkauskas87735 My home wifi disconnects whenever I interact too much on X or TikTok, but I haven’t had any issues with mobile data - all Telus - scary

    Is anyone else tired of the big 2 mobile and home ‘phone internet providers’? Here we have Telus and Bell, Rogers doesn’t have good mobile coverage. No decent customer service. They have sent it out of the country so they can pay people extremely low wages compared to Canada. Always trying to gouge the customer. It is past time the government allows more competition. Of course this will never happen, I’m would guess it would be due to excellent corporate lobbyists. I am so tired of have a captured government and bureaucracy.

    @Derricktgoat @PaulB527811000 I can’t see Elon being stupid enough to help his competition . Telestat is likely about to be bought by Space ex . Carney & his pal get rich. Rogers/Bell/Telus get to modernize Spacex gets all of Canadas wifi comms. Win win win, except for the billions Telestat already got
