  @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

  Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

  @jodyvance @TELUS I hear ya. I have to reboot at least once a day (Telus) and it goes down at the most inconvenient times, like in the middle of zoom meetings.

  You’ll want to look at Public Mobile. They are owned by Telus but cheaper and month to month. No long contract. You can change it for any month. Very flexible. No dropped calls either. Excellent coverage on the Telus network. I’ve had it 6 years now. Mine would be $40/month Cdn but it’s got lots of data. Lower priced ones too.

  @beanfieldcanada what's wrong with your service in Surrey. It's the 5th time there is no internet, in last few weeks. I was renting a unit which had Telus last yr and not even once it went down. I guess good services comes with a price. I went with this because of the price.

  Really frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why

  @jodyvance @TELUS We had visitors from the US to our home last week and we were talking about how our choices for service are minimal. Telus subscribers for almost 40 years for telephone and many years for TV and now Optic. Such poor communication.

  I had @Telus Optik TV basic, and internet, for under $100 a month. When my plan ended, I got a bill for a new plan at $330/mo. No lie?!?¿¡!! I phoned them up and got it down to ~$115/mo. When I said no TV just internet, the conversation changed it seems.

  @jodyvance @TELUS Jody, couple things, do you have a network cable going from your modem to the TV box? I find the wireless is pretty mediocre TBH. Second thing, when the box craps out does your internet still work?
