Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

@RogersHelps This is a great reason to switch to Bell or Telus. Rogers infrastructure is horrible in terms of reliability, management and commitment to quality. What is this, the third time in 5 years Rogers has had a major outage? Telus and Bell at 0 in the same time frame.

To all my Canadian followers. Rogers and Bell have terrible customer service and not a great service at all which they are showing right now, @TELUS has been working throughout this entire lockout and they have an amazing team

@drandrewb @Nahanni_ Not really. Bell, Freedom, Telus, etc., were still up and running. If we had a single gov't service that went down; then nobody would have had service.
