    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Hello, I’ve called *611 and spoken with technical support. A trouble ticket has been opened for the towers I’m my location. I believe this issue is affecting the Telus network in a much wider area.

    Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

    @OneForma1 He still has not answered my response. The jobs on your webpage seem to be very attractive, but unfortunately, I have the feeling that you are wasting people's time and energy. I have worked/am working with Telus and Appen and never faced this kind of indifference.

    @Bryson_M I just dumped TELUS who was charging me $85 a month for a measly 2 GB of data and charged me $40 in overages during the power outage.

    @TELUSsupport Fun part is I already spoke to a telus customer service that my number is in the do not call list in your system and he also stated that even if it's in the DNC Telus marketing can still call since I have a service. Just wow what are the facts!

    So @TELUS raised my bill by 50% out of nowhere, but meanwhile gives new customers 3x the speed for less than I was originally paying. Geez, thanks for being a long-term Telus customer, eh? :P
