I spoke with a rep from @Rogers Customer **Retention** Services today who was rude, laughed & treated me like I was dumb, & at one point said, “I let you talk, now it’s your turn to let me talk.” I’ve been with Rogers for 13 yrs with MANY issues. Switching to @TELUS this week 👋

This is my fourth time calling @TELUS about the same problem. Every time the rep says its been taken care of and our problem remains the same. On hold for 48 minutes only for them to hang up on me. Worst mistake of my life was dealing with these guys. #TelusDoesntCare

@falskow @TELUS @Eastlink I wish i could get internet with them. Had my cell service with Telus or one of their companies for as long as i have had a cellphone. Though their internal computer system sucks! :p Or have they finally upgraded? lol

@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.
