And yes. They customer service people are delightful and always eager to help. I love @TELUSsupport . But their job is made harder by unusable systems. I’ve put hours and hours and hours into trying to keep Telus as a provider but I it’s time to leave the abusive relationship.

@ShawnKing Got Boosts as a cheap mesh setup instead of more expensive mesh at Costco..works w/any ISP is why. Telus routers has always been bad-- (needs hard reset every 2 days). Went back ol' reliable Apple Extreme + 2 Boosts; L-shape home. I get wifi in park across street now & back alley

Hey @TELUS ....we cancelled our appointment and didn’t reschedule with you and yet we just received an automated call telling us when our appointment is. Maybe as a customer service note a live person could call to see if we need a scheduled appointment.

@McMudder71 @TELUS Been with Telus for 18 years. Just switched the wife and MIL to Koodo. There service is great and its 57 a month for 1 63 a month for the other. Taxes in its half the Telus cost. My contract is up in May. I'll be jumping ship then.

    It’s 2021 and I can’t watch TV with @TELUS ‘s garbage. Don’t anyone get this garbage system.

  • jonmmellor1 Jon Mellor (@jonmmellor1) reported

@cogecohelps I'm wondering why we can't sign in to CNNgo as a Cogeco customer that pays for the channel? Bell, Rogers, Telus and Shaw customers have it available...what gives?

  • WerdEmUp Drew Years. (@WerdEmUp) reported

@AbBretscher @jkenney Wow we owned a cell phone company in the late 80s?! No, no we didn't. Bell built a cell phone network here for agriculture service and kept it. AGT didn't buy clearnet, Telus did.

  • bonstad Bryan (@bonstad) reported

@TELUSsupport @Shaw support is better than @Telus. They employ Canadians

  • McNaughtonBill Bill McNaughton (@McNaughtonBill) reported

@McMudder71 @phearn @TELUS Don't know if Eastlink is the cheapest but you will not beat their service.
