Telus pre paid cell is garbage - you get a text saying all topped up then no service until the office turns it on so you wait two hours on the phone for service. Look at other carriers!!!

So what's wrong? 1) I've never had a bill for $115.40. 2) #Telus has never sent me an email for a payment reminder. 3) I paid my Telus bills at a set time every month and logged in to the Telus portal (by opening a separate tab and browsing the Telus site).

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Remember two years ago when you said that you would set us up with WiFi calling'temporarily' until you upgraded the service? Well power was out yesterday and your service has become so bad we couldn't even use data never mind make or get a phone call.

@MusicMan1730 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I still cant believe they haven't repaired or at least told you what's causing the issues and approximately when they will have it back up. Time to initiate contact with parent company!!! Totally unacceptable way to treat customers!!!!

@MarkyMarkBrant I wasn’t that old when I bought them. I had always worked from a young age, and never was one to frivolously spend my monies. And there was an IPO in Alberta when Telus purchased AGT (Alberta Government Telephones). My gut told me it was a sound buy at that price.

@Shawhelp I spoke to my rep at Telus and the exact same request is done on the same phone call and takes 10 minutes or less... someone at Shaw who cares enough to solve problems and not queue things would be appreciated - DM me for contact info

@kirsten__alyssa @TELUS Fun fact Bell and Telus run on the same network for most of western Canada. Currently Shaw is the most reliable however it’s about to be purchased and switched over to Rogers which is the worst company to ever exist.
