Genius White (@ThomasLK007) reportedHey @TELUS ********* please tell paying Camadian customers on your network why there is a new ******* phone scam every week and where are these Indian cockroaches getting our phone numbers? I can only get rid of the rats when I tell them I'm gonna eat them alive.

S Chowdhury (@simplychowdhury) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Because we have allowed lowest common denominator to be the level for Customer Service because as Canadians we are not demanding more and because #1 reason it's a monopoly & consumers we have zero power. You can thanks CRTC while you are at it.

Court (@Court_TheRock) reported@stevemcniven @blondehotcoffee Rogers service is unreliable and just terrible up north. Bell is no better. I don’t even think Telus does internet up north. Only reliable internet provider is Eastlink, however quite a few people have been making the switch to starlink since it’s cheaper than eastlink.

OrSh (@oreoshitwagon) reported@ryangerritsen I just canceled Telus internet yesterday (contract over) and I’m so relieved to be free from their overpriced garbage service. I would’ve much preferred the online route had it been available. They offered me same service at half price locked in for 5 years. *******.

Artur Kusi🅰️k (@ArturKusiaktbk) reported@UnLuckyStuey Firstnet is a premium service. Last price I saw was 20 dollars for connection. The use case is to bring the world firstnet type capability. Canada is going to use it for their first responders on PSBN network with TELUS and Bell. The bears miss the forest from the trees.

neo (@vtripath1) reportedNever believe a @TELUS store rep and read their agreements before you sign any contract with them. The rep will lure you saying your billing amount won’t change during the whole contract period but their agreement would say something else. And that’s where you are trapped.

Fat & Furious (@Monthon92467113) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Called the customer service of my bank yesterday. Some trailer trash answered the phone, I hanged up right away. I called again, another trailer trash answered the phone again, I hanged up again. Called third time, a filipina answered the phone. And I was like, thank God.
