As you call any of these Telecom companies for information, when you speak to an agent, before you let them put you on hold: GATHER their name and employee ID (Bell, Telus, Virgin), or Interaction ID (Rogers, Fido). They are more likely to help you.

@TELUSsupport Telus charges 50 dollar reconnection fees when your monthly plan is worth the same. Greedy corporation not considering people are trying hard to pay bills. Very rude customer service

OK, we all complain about poor customer service, but this Luddite spoke to a very patient woman from @TELUSsupport last night who led me to a solution for my Netflix/Amazon Prime crashes even after it was clear it wasn't Telus's problem. She didn't yell once, either. Thx, Telus.

@TELUSsupport @kreynolds118 the place i just moved into is telus friendly and because i already signed a contract with shaw they didn't want to rent to me...but i offered to take them to court and they backed down but i am forever getting letters left on my door by management to switch to telus
