Peter the dim (@Peter69906073) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Telus. Told them the PVR was the problem. Several looong calls with Guatemala, Philippines, India, each with a "FIX". Stopped one problem, caused another. Finally they did what I told them needed to be done. Sent a tech with a new modem. WASTED many hours of my time.

No lie?!?ยฟยก!! I phoned them up and got it down to ~$115/mo. When I said no TV just internet, the conversation changed it seems.

Bald Guy (@ScruffyNSmooth) reported@TELUSsupport, I can't believe the issues. Telus Fibre operates at 25-50% baseline speeds, Technicians DO NOT show up, and support is nonexistent. I have paid for over 2 years for a premium service and have received TERRIBLE service from tech support, and internet speeds.

Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time
