  @MelissaLMRogers Rogers increased our company's bill several times. They wanted even more once the sixth year we had been with them ran out, so we switched to Telus. After a few Telus fibre installation and billing hiccups were sorted, we now have a superior service from Telus at lower cost.

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Wait until you try to cancel any services. Took my wife probably 20 hrs on the phone over the course of several weeks to get rid of these parasites.

  @Steved24661 I'm already a shareholder via my Telus retirement investments - that's good money down the drain right there and people think Telus won't be able to keep up its dividend payments because of bad business decisions!

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Happened to me too, was calling about my internet services and the person who picked up said he was from the Telus customer service in India I legit couldn’t believe that they have a department in India of all places. Why do they have people there managing Canadian accounts

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Every single call center now is in India. It's so frustrating when you get someone who really can't speak the language but thinks saying "I'm sorry Miss" over and over is how they'll fix whatever problem I'm having.

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

  @JayGenXer but sadly he couldnt even last his trial period of 2 months at TELUS ...the only real world job he has ever had....and you think he can run a country ? ...He will never be PM and he certainly wont be one for long as he will never get a majority.
