    @P57511589P Really? I've been looking pretty hard. I'm no tech dummy & have never found that about Telus anywhere. Will try again 'cause can't beat $20 monthly. I stopped buying equip. after first time & rent/return rental equip. as cheaper than buying short term.

    @TekSavvyBuzz remember the rogers internet outage. the only reason why some had internet, was especially because of shaw. telus/bell was the other reason.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport the issues persist. it’s has been two months and STILL the cameras don’t capture eveything. my home door was open and the alarm rang but no call from telus or the police checking on us. i used my points for this and still not help!!!

    Huh. So have been on hold for almost an hour, waiting for @Rogers so-called 'loyalty dept' rep to chat with me. Recording 50 minutes ago said my call was next. Great customer service this is, especially from the 'loyalty dept' right? @Bell @TELUS is looking better all the time!

    Telus is such a nightmare….more than 2 1/2 hours on the phone just to cancel our account. shoddy and inconsistent service. Hours spent on the phone because Telus has no systems in place to deal with issues except by phone. Aaargh! #terribleservice #telusnightmare #beware
