@KyleTWN Some choice. #telus = overcharge for poor reception, #rogers = no service or #bell = arrogant misogynistic old boys club

  • pterodactyl99 Paul Breland 🐱🚵🏻🏒🇨🇦 (@pterodactyl99) reported

@KyleTWN I'm using Shaw because they're far cheaper and it works for my needs, but their network isn't very good. If Rogers is allowed to buy them I'll probably go back to Telus

  • Chest_Rockwell7 Chest Rockwell (@Chest_Rockwell7) reported

@KyleTWN I've used both Telus and Bell, Bell's reception was always noticeably better, and I find their customer service I comparably better

  • ShaneRedflag Shane's Dog says #GoOilersGo (@ShaneRedflag) reported

@KyleTWN I was literally one of Bells first clients when they moved west ...great coverage, crap customer support. Finally got mad enough to switch to Telus (can't stand them either, but need the footprint) ...wish I hadn't...they throttle internet hard, ...phone, complain, rinse repeat.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I was on the phone 3x with support yesterday. Cellular data not working. Being overcharged. Very frustrating and disappointing support. No resolution.

  • JuliaMerrett Julia Merrett (@JuliaMerrett) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport No service for 2 days now in Courtice, ON 😭 Help !!

  • junah_b Junah (@junah_b) reported

@KyleTWN In British Columbia Bell and Telus use the same Towers, but Rogers uses their own Towers and their coverage is terrible.

  • shananaparton yallternative (@shananaparton) reported

@TELUS I turn off my roaming, still get charged $28 in fees, wait on hold for over an hour, and you won't refund it? Your solution was to purchase a roaming package for $12 a day "just in case" next time and then put my phone on airplane mode and not use it. Ridiculous.

Telus cuts off our home services 3 days before they’re supposed to and then sends a message with the wrong address for hook up at our new home. They warn if it’s not the correct address they won’t give us the discount they offered. @TELUSsupport help me understand????

@TELUS As a looooong time customer, I used to think you were the best, with all the extra things you do community wise. However, you've been knocked down a bunch of ladder rungs with your nickle & dime charge for credit card payment. Not impressed, may look at your competitors now.
