@koodo Well, you see, a BETTER provider has offered the normal people solution: Phone on contract with no need of "deposit". So much for telus client since 2003. This should have been the first AND ONLY option, new phone or year old from release. Take note, people.

I worked for @TELUS for 19 years. I'm not naïve enough to think this isn't also a @SamsungCanada problem, but no one is giving me anything other than "wait" or, even worse, I'm being ignored. This would not have been acceptable when I was in their customer service department.

@exit266 @TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport is perfectly named. It supports TELUS. After a month of nothing but grief trying to get them to make my phones work, I gave up & went to Shaw. They don't listen, don't keep promises, redirect, misdirect, disconnect, & hang up on you. They treat customers as enemies.

What if this happens to a small business owner who is struggling to just keep their doors open after nearly 2 years of Covid shutdowns and supply chain issues? They would have to pony up and pay the ridiculous charge just to keep their point of sale program online, right @TELUS?
