@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel I know in city I have non fibre (dual ADSL) from Telus but I get what I'm supposed to. So should you. They also should help solve your wifi location issue if they are really doing their job right.

@Steve_Dangle @AdamWylde I really don't get it. Everyone keeps reacting like they got married or engaged but there's a Telus tent in the background. Unless this is about something talked about on SDP? I'm also pretty dumb. Help.

@TELUSsupport Is there a complaint line one can call as I've spent a better part of my morning waiting and being shuffled around Telus Call Back. All I wanted to know was when my upgraded internet would start?

  • va3jme Jamie Cashin (@va3jme) reported

I don't know who signed off on this, but what I took away from that ad is that not only does Telus not set things up for you, but it's complicated enough that you're going to need help from a techie friend.

Hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS I think you starting to charge 1.5% PLUS TAX on my bill if I use my credit card 💳 after Oct 1st is a RIP OFF!!! And I’ve been a loyal customer over 15 years but you suck! #smallbizowner

@Telus is a tech company! Yet online half the links end in a blank page that says “502 Bad Gateway” arghhhhhh 🤯

  • Teddybear22228 Ted Mah (@Teddybear22228) reported

i guess Telus is trying to take advantage of their situation of them having a "service failure " (in Aug 2022) by instilling a 1.5% service fee on top of your credit card bill payment.?? What happens in the situation that you have a 2 year service contract with Telus???

  • tswain555 Tony Swain (@tswain555) reported

@elonmusk Meh; when I get an affordable one in Canada I will dance around like an idiot. If you can't afford it, then it doesn't exist. Till then $110 a month to Telus.

Trying to add a landline to our Telus account because our cell phones do not get service in our own GD house half the time. We are moving backwards here people!
