@theJagmeetSingh Telus profits are less than the industry average. Their profits go to shareholders, including pension funds and individual investors. Do you want pension funds to fail? Are you against successful companies? Do you want everyone to fail? Stop being a fascist!!!

TELUS calls me every so often since I'm off-contract now to tell me about their "exciting promotions". I want the same features without paying more. I'm an iPhone user. Today's rep: "Okay Mr. Jason no problem [...] I can offer you this." $20/month more & an Android 😐 @TELUS

@TELUSsupport you go and make changes to your stupid app and now my Telus mobility profile is missing and only my home services are showing. It's so dumb. Why mess with peoples profiles idiots. Hard enough to set it up in the first place now it's missing.

@TELUS I need my Norton pin code but I can not call! I need a way to email for help! I do not have the ability to call!!! Why does your online tool not allow me to talk to a representative for the Norton pin? Your automated Relus assist does not help!

@theJagmeetSingh You mean Telus earned $1 per customer per year more than last year? That's called greed?
