@TELUSsupport I've been trying to get help on my totally wrong absurd $$ bill for almost few days now everytime I call I spend 2hrs+ to explain, go back and forth with the reps for my call to be dropped mid way. Extremely furious why I switched to Telus! 0 Service.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Asked @telussupport to disconnect on Nov 15. My billing should have terminated.I returned the router on time. Why was a bill continually issued monthly till the original bill reached $327?Acct#605448466 spoke 3 times to Telus each time got the runaround without resolving the issue

@LeilaWhite @EternalBlueSix @SaskTel What's better: The service and products. Why would I switch: I was getting terrible service, lacking products I wanted, and paying too much. Aren't SaskTel's rates the least expensive: No. At the time, I was paying about $67/mo less for three plans with Telus than with SaskTel.

  • BecomingKelsey Kelsey Sproat 💕 (@BecomingKelsey) reported

@EternalBlueSix @SaskTel SaskTel didn't have the phone I wanted 11 years ago so I moved over to Telus and have never looked back... Just better all round.

@Yanky_Pollak Looks like Rogers, Telus and Bell need to be shut down.

  • jodyheavener @jodyh@mastodon.online (@jodyheavener) reported

The @TELUS fibre has been out in my entire building for 10 days now and @TELUSsupport still cannot tell me when it will be fixed. So not only am I paying over $100/mo for no service, I’m also paying around $40/day for coworking hot desks just to do my job. Absolutely insane.

Hey @TELUS can you help me understand how I can get emails & texts about deals & promotions from you but you do not give people a heads up that a Bring Back Program is ending & the customer will have a nearly 700.00 phone bill? And there’s no opportunity for a payment program?

  • nucl3arboNg braidster (@nucl3arboNg) reported

Bold strategy @TELUS I call to find out how to close out my act as my contract is ending and not even asked why, or an attempt to see how to keep me as a customer. @Rogers has been calling me monthly for the past 2yrs to get me back.
