@dustbobgod I switched over from Shaw to Telus... but... it was a location issue. Shaw's only offering into our building was beyond pathetic... and then Telus installed fibre. On top of that, Shaw's tech was really rude. After over 20 years, I had to dump them.

  • moodyangela Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported

@MsYouDoYou @dustbobgod When Telus upgraded to fibre at my place it became slower and connection dropped regularly, seemingly with more users using it My mom and sister had the same issues My sister called and demanded to talk to a supervisor, and my mom just let it stay crappy. It cuts out ~1-2 hours

@Shawhelp I just rec'd my 2nd notice from Telus that outlines the input of their PureFibre Network in my neighbourhood. Step 3 is to transfer all my phone, internet, TV & any other services to the Telus PureFibre Network. What the $!% is going on?!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Imagine me giving you guys issues when it’s time for you to receive your payment. How would you feel? I have subscribed for Smart Home Security Service since Nov 2021 and I have been paying FULL amount on a monthly basis for HALF of the Service.

@moodyangela @dustbobgod And they will allow you to hire out for help with your cables, instead of saying they won’t touch the cables and don’t know any one they could recommend that does. We are just supposed to be able to sort it all magically with Telus
