Been with @TekSavvyBuzz as my ISP for less than 6 months. They just dropped the price of my service by $5 per month! #ThanksAgainCRTC Compare that to @TELUS who I was with for 8 years - actively tried to increased my rate at least one per year and I had to fight it EVERYTIME.

@linwood_barclay @Rogers Yikes! If you have Novus available to you out east, I recommend you give them a try, or at least check out their prices. Way less costly here in Vancouver than Rogers, Telus, or Shaw and great service to boot.

At #telus cancelling your service is a rate change. $15 and no other way to do it other than talking to a person. #winning

@SteveatTH I have Telus and I believe one can do the same on Sahw and rogers, bell I went into settings and removed everything CBC. Trudeau just gave them $21 million of your money to help the CBC stay afloat. Of the $21 mil, $6.5 went to friends to study why the CBCsucks sooo bad. @CBCNews

@TELUS are you INSANE? Why are you sending your #Yeg employees door to door in -30° weather? This poor woman just knocked on my door to pitch an updated plan and all I can wonder is if you treat your customers the way you do your hardworking employees. #capitalismsucks

@SingularZeez Telus: The future is outsourced. Their old slogan was The future is friendly. I modified it years ago. It was the first place I was laid off from. They say you never forget your first.

@MizzJackson @TELUS I haven’t heard of it not disconnecting after all of those options are tried. Strange. I do know scammers are looking for ways to keep line active. This allows them to pretend to be your bank or police etc. as you think you are calling someone else but scammers never hung up.

@MizzJackson @TELUS Telus thinks the problem is just in our house phone line wiring. I find it a very convenient-timely excuse and not the correct solution to our problem

@diana_murphy613 Another 2 Michaels China is playing. Maybe has something to do with CHINA MOBILE being ordered to vacate Canada. And the pending Huawei decision. CHINA MOBILE was using TELUS network. TELUS has Huawei equipment incorporated into their system. China Mobile is State Owned.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport As a long time customer I am very disappointed that you are currently offering new customers Canada/US plans at significantly lower costs then my current plan … why aren’t current customers also offered these plans?

@JulieMHelps @TELUS It was that call at about 7 am - that the Visa was compromised - but she just hung up on them. I would have thought they would hang up after all this time. They’re going to keep things unplugged and hopefully this will reset itself!
