Been with @TekSavvyBuzz as my ISP for less than 6 months. They just dropped the price of my service by $5 per month! #ThanksAgainCRTC Compare that to @TELUS who I was with for 8 years - actively tried to increased my rate at least one per year and I had to fight it EVERYTIME.

@TELUS your machine when calling in for support is the most annoying thing on the planet. I don't want to speak to a machine, I want to talk to a person. I don't want to navigate through menus to get to that person and I especially don't want to tell a robot what I need.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS your customer service is trash. 4+ hours w. # a dozen calls for my home services & mobility over 2 mo but I can’t get TELUS mistakes fixed. Lovely to hear “we don’t compensate for your time on the phone” - check how many times I’ve reached out for help.

@dockevinmcleod If this is true, & I’m wrong then I’m sorry, but your actions & words enable it to happen. I’m hearing of people waiting hours with badly broken bones & children in pain or struggling to breathe. What do you think will happen when people are desperate & Telus or Cerner comes in?

@Averyflash @typronyk The BC govt paid for my doctor visit - just as if I went to a physical office. All doctor offices are private enterprises. Maybe Telus takes a fee for connecting docs with patient? Not sure…all I know is I saw a doctor quickly and govt paid for the service.

@RogersHelps The only way Rogers can fix my issues is to replace my Telus sim card. Sadly, Rogers is $190/month more for my 6 phones for similar plans.
