Been with @TekSavvyBuzz as my ISP for less than 6 months. They just dropped the price of my service by $5 per month! #ThanksAgainCRTC Compare that to @TELUS who I was with for 8 years - actively tried to increased my rate at least one per year and I had to fight it EVERYTIME.

@BernieSpofforth @hardyrenos They paid Telus 200,000 I wouldn't just be pissed at the govt Telus should have informed their customers So we could cancel our phones

@TELUS I am in need if unlocking my daughters phone. Older phone given to her and it’s not on a plan. Can you help?

  • ZepGuyPete Peter Corrin (@ZepGuyPete) reported

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I had Shaw for a week and the picture quality was so bad. They attempted to make everything better installing old wired equipment and that didn’t help. Went back to Telus again and all was good. I am having some router issues though now. Haven’t had time to call them.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Telus will likely R&V the #CRTC decision & claim those least able to afford service can subscribe to their flanker brands & which (and I have the recordings from their privacy office stating this) has less security & protections from sim swaps and unauthorized data disclosures.

  • upFronteZine Ralph Grabowski (@upFronteZine) reported

@mat8iou This one also rejected my gmail address. Odd thing is, my telus account is a business account. I s'pose it's a crude but ineffective way to cut out non-valid requests.

  • robmackaydunn Rob MacKay-Dunn 🇨🇦 (@robmackaydunn) reported from Westmount, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport @WestVanDistrict As a longtime TELUS mobility x2, home security, Internet 50 x2 & Optik TV customer, I think it’s a fair question to ask why #PureFibre isn’t offered to @WestVanDistrict? After 4+ years of “coming soon”, I’m politely asking for a straightforward answer. Thank you

@Shawhelp @Leah_Holiove Ha....so after 9 hours, they finally acknowledged you! ....at least it wasn't ten hours! Reading your thread.....shaw and telus suck equally. Good luck with your issue! Cheers

  • highlobber Johnny B (@highlobber) reported

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I left Telus years ago bc of terrible customer service. Went to Shaw...very good. Chat lines very helpful when needed which was rarely required.
