Been with @TekSavvyBuzz as my ISP for less than 6 months. They just dropped the price of my service by $5 per month! #ThanksAgainCRTC Compare that to @TELUS who I was with for 8 years - actively tried to increased my rate at least one per year and I had to fight it EVERYTIME.

Got a promo call from @koodo asked how my service was, Honestly told the rep I am looking to either go to the parent company @TELUS or to @Bell, when asked why. 5G and Unlimited data plans that are offered. Easy enough for Koodo to do but they won't. Same Network Bad Service

  • jcnseoul16 J Crossman (@jcnseoul16) reported

@TELUSsupport My wife got a call supposedly from your support number offering a ‘special promotion’ only available through the Telus office in Ont to switch from Sasktel to Telus. Talk & text as well as 60 Gb of data for $35/phone. Wanted two pieces of ID, divers licence, SIN or credit card

  • jawdys LOL (@jawdys) reported

@telus @TELUSsupport good job on ripping your customers off that did not travel over a border but you charged roaming. saying its my fault I have my data roaming on, even tho I've never turned it on. for a big company, you think you could spare the $12 but guess not. bravo.

  • ontario_rob OntarioROB (@ontario_rob) reported

@TorontoStar You should probably say this how it is. Bell/Telus have agreed to let their network get overloaded with Rogers clients when Rogers has network wide issues from poor design decisions and bad CTOs. Even phones with no SIM cards can dial emergency services on any provider.

  • schillyness MarieSchill (@schillyness) reported

The mountain I’m dying on is @telus owes me $3.80 and if they expect to be paid that, then they can reimburse me for that. None of this crap that if it’s $5.00 or less they won’t reimburse.

  • Zbolt007 Zolton Yaremie (@Zbolt007) reported

Hey @TELUS your coverage outside of urban centres is absolute trash!! Nothing like having a "$2000" phone and the worst service and most dropped calls I've had since a flip phone, for the amount we pay you guys this is pathetic, sick of dropped calls already
