@LaureenHarper I have to do this soon. My current rural provider is slow, expensive, and since @TELUS bought them they throttle me to pathetic throughput. They were okay-ish when it was a small local co, but once bought, out they became terrible. Can hardly do a teams meeting…

when telus calls you for the probably 10th time for home security and you tell them no again, and say I want my bill lowered because like I’m paying a lot and they hang up on you- guess I’m shopping around for a new provider come June!

@TELUS I have seen several posts now of everyone having the same issues hundreds of people having problems with data .. it’s 2023 this shouldn’t be an issue

Please use a landline telephone or a cell phone on another carrier to dial 9-1-1, or go to your neighbours, or your nearest fire hall to access the callbox. We are working with TELUS to determine when the outage will be resolved.
