@adamundefined @TELUS @TELUSsupport Lollll I mean considering this is the company that told me in order avoid slow internet speeds , my best bet was to stop using internet all together…. I don’t think doing what’s right is the route they thought to take first.

  • TuberAwesome Colby Robertson (@TuberAwesome) reported

@Shawhelp My troubleshooting: observing it happening randomly. There is no pattern to it and no cause-and-effect device use. What I am observing is an inconsistent delivery of service that I as a consumer cannot elucidate the reason for. Step up your game. @TELUS looks better every day.

  • StrategicThghts David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported

*98 isn’t working to connect to #Telus voicemail and callers can’t leave messages. Are others having this problem?

  • DrJayDrNo Jay Guevera (Né Gamble) (@DrJayDrNo) reported

Telus: I am not spending time tracking down numbers to set up automatic withdrawal when you already have my pay information for home services. You are a communications company. I advise you to start communicating between your departments. @TELUS #LookingElsewhere

  • sweetmelliemel Sweetmelliemel (@sweetmelliemel) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport my friend @melaniedelva lost everything in the Lytton fire including her partners phone and your company refused to honor your security insurance because they don't have any piece of the phone to return. Way to not support the community you serve.

  • MerieSarge Meredith Sargent (@MerieSarge) reported

@TELUSsupport “welcome to our support channel. Burning questions?” YES why are Telus mobility customers being denied replacements if their phone GOT BURNT? Do better Telus

  • ayyessarr Andrew, Half Vaxxed (@ayyessarr) reported

@TELUS @telusmobility If your corporate reconciliation statement means anything, it may be time to offer basic service to your indigenous customers, especially those who just lost everything in the Lytton fire.

  • parksie246 Ross Parks (@parksie246) reported

So the first night we can relax and start to enjoy our new home and @TELUS craps out and @TELUSsupport can’t help. This is completely unacceptable at what point do these companies focus on customer service.
