    Switching back to @Shawhelp today (on account of our @TELUS bill shooting up by $100). Telus cut our service off 24 hours earlier than agreed upon. Seems like an immature way to handle a break up. 💔 @TELUSsupport

    @sophiebaybey i know my speeds should be 100+ for upload because they always have been until today after a power outage, it's also convenient that telus installed fibre in my building yesterday, I'm just wondering why ALWAYS ME AND MY INTERNET, like idk if telus ****** something up or what

    @dluft27 @cmcalgary @TELUS We’ve had issues ever since they ‘upgraded’ to fibre optic. The wireless box keeps losing connection. Have replaced it, still having prob, not sure what else to do

    @TELUSsupport First of all there’s a due date I paid within that date so why charge me? That’s very misleading. I won’t be paying for this and if that’s the way Telus likes to deal with this consider me leaving this provider with such crappy customer service

    Why are my parents still paying over 100 dollars a month for apparently the best wifi @TELUS gives but it’s still terrible?? Get ur **** together @TELUS and we is getting a new plan with another company cause this has been a problem for years.
