    @Navin_K_Arora @TELUS Hi Navin. Koodo doesn’t stand or support it’s customers. I ordered an iphone 12 with Koodo but 3 weeks later, am still without a phone. UPS lost the package but blames penguin pickup. Koodo has refused to help me. Is this how koodo treats its customers??

    @wchoy74 Not holding my breath. I live just past winterburn road and I’m still stuck with an intermittent Telus Hub on the cellular network.

    @TeeTeeBossay @TELUS My signal has been awful today as well. No LTE and 4G is very weak. I've restarted a dozen times and followed the usual steps to from your Telus troubleshooting page and nothing. Is there some wrong on your end today?

    @juniper145 @koodo I believe Koodo is on the Telus network, so it might be a carrier issue.
