@dockevinmcleod Well BC govt has set up contracts with Telus and Maple to deliver primary care for a Fee. So that's how they think it's a help to physicians, doesn't seem helpful from my vantage point. Btw tried Telus, 3 week wait to book online for phone call script renewal

@TELUSsupport Interest that someone from Telus can come to my door and reduce my monthly bill by $20 a month plus give Telus home security. Why did I waste 3 hrs of my time on the phone with your useless customer loyalty department?

@TELUSsupport I am not able to receive calls from some phone numbers. Checked the blocked status, it is not. Called Telus support, but no luck. This is frustrating.

@TELUSsupport I think it’s total BS. If you are a valued customer it should not make a difference! What a waste of my time. The question that remains is do you really value your customers? Not a big deal for many of us to change providers. Smarten up #Telus

@magsispunk Better than Telus claiming I can have wifi calling because I live in the middle of nowhere. Yet instead, it very often doesn't work. And is set to mobile network preferred. AND I DON'T LIVE NEAR A RELIABLE TOWER SO I NEED WIFI CALLING!!!
