@jamesrcs Telus is the worst, not sure if I can face them. Health care people still use faxes in Canada, they always lose them. BCAA is also tiring. Our property management company had a hack, they haven't answered questions either.

@Burgundavia @RaynaRambling @lstick07 I doubt the author has sophistication or the historical economic knowledge to write about this stuff, though. Would be curious about the writer's opinions about increasing density. Likes Telus development, maybe would support dense development needed make Douglas more vibrant?

@Shawhelp This is the second several hour outage Langley outage in the two months I’ve had your service. Maybe your equipment needs an upgrade or something? My neighbours with Telus didn’t lose their service either time.

@TELUS I have a $320 charge on my bill for a phone that I returned. I have a picture of the label sent to me for the return and an email from you confirming that you received it. Your agents don't believe me and are not resolving the situation. How do I escalate this issue?

Anyone else battling Telus' harassment with Fiber installation? The threats of cutting our service if we don't comply have ramped up. I didn't even allow them to install it from the street to our house yrs ago! My heels are dug in and I don't intend to bend...

@CityofRedDeer Well it should be a priority if you charge taxes to live in an new area without service. They have better service in Ukraine and Telus is working on what? Its been this way for 3 yrs now?
