Nancee Droo (@NanceeDroo) reportedI have a landline! A couple days ago our power supplier had a planned outage. Coincidentally, our landline stopped having a dial tone. I called TELUS. Got a callback to help get the landline working again. I’m in Alberta 🇨🇦. The TELUS dude helping me is in Manila, Philippines.

Corey Haywood (@CoreyHaywood) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS Just moved into a basement suite. Been waiting two weeks to have our internet set up, we verified with your braindead online support agents that the tech WOULD NOT need access to the owners house upstairs.....hahahaha ******* jk they have to put a hole in the side of their house

Adam Adapted 🇨🇦 (@AdamAdapted) reported@TELUSsupport Hi Telus, yes, as indicated on my reply I did eventually get the issue resolved. Most support employees were lovely to talk to, there was lots of passing my issue to other people, re-explaining the issue over many hours. All good

Clive Bottomley🇨🇦🏁 (@formula1_ca) reportedWhat the heck is going on @TELUSsupport ? Haven't been able to make a call all day on Telus mobile, still not working at 10pm. "All circuits busy" message all day. When will this be fixed? I'm in Vancouver.
-
Peter Skinner (@RogueNerdOne) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.

Canadian❤️ (@SoNaCanada) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS @TELUS Loyal for 15 years. Finally got a callback—agent had a child crying nearby, then hung up and never called back. This is not acceptable. Escalate to a manager or retention team or I will consider switching.
-
James (@James099878) reported@globalnews The bad news is Telus sent him a bill for 62 million dollars cause he didn’t have roaming.
-
Spherical Shield (@sphericalshield) reportedThe only issue I had with @TELUS being with them for just under two months, was that their computer agent was responding incorrectly and it took me a long time to get to a human. The humans were great. I was not on earbuds. I was talking directly into my phone. It was not me.
