@TELUS i am really frustrated with billing. I have agreed certain amount per month for home internet but unfortunately every month amt charged is different. I have Lready called 3 times and every time I was promised that the problem is sorted out. Is there any customer service??

@RuthKapelus @TELUSsupport Oof. I haven’t had to interact with them too much last few years but they weren’t too bad- my least fav thing about telus is the repetitive calls throughout the year to tell me about “deals” I qualify for. But generally I think quality of service support is declining everywhere

That is 100% NOT how #Telus sells it. The guy at the store TWICE told me it would be a NEW phone. And if they can't replace it with the same phone, it'll be the next model up. That's my issue, because I knew without a doubt as soon as I got the phone, it was refurbished. (2/5)

@TELUSsupport , @Telus Why is it when i am driving home from @MaximMedical in #Windsor , #Ontario on the phone my #phonecall drops twice? You guys need to fix your network. If you don't fix this, YOU are about to lose me as a customer.

@TELUS @TELUSBusiness Re: the saga where Telus/ADT security has been charging me for six months, but not monitoring my system, an install tech was supposed to come by this AM, but apparently called in sick. No call to notify me. Came into work on my day off. Thanks for the continued great service.
