@TELUSsupport Actually @google is useless - garbage support and impossible to get help plus they say it’s a Telus email so contact you

  • MegaGooner49 Mega Gooner (Legacy Fan) (@MegaGooner49) reported

.@TELUS @TELUSsupport could you PLEASE stop using @UPS for your deliveries? They say “we missed you we will try again tomorrow” but they actually don’t even bother trying to see if you’re home. Please use a service that actually delivers. Completely ruined my mood FFS.

    **** this **** sucks. ******* Telus bums

  • sblomkamp Steven Blomkamp 🌾 (@sblomkamp) reported

@lizaledwards In my experience, it's between novus or shaw (availability affected by area for novus). Shaws probably more reliable but I preferred novus service. I'm with telus now, as they offer the fastest service, but it is overall way worse

  • WLazarou WL (@WLazarou) reported

@Brooke788116 @patdubois @PremierScottMoe I have been registered since day one. The problem is that Telus screwed up the QR codes. Everyone had to delete the original and wait for it to be fixed.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Telus is trying to hide how they treat Indigenous people while the CRTC & Gov continues to give them free money for services that are exploitative and barely work. #CRTC

  • MiKD3D Mike D 🇨🇦 (@MiKD3D) reported

@TELUS every since I switched from Bell my call back feature doesn’t work. It’s goes to voicemail with no alert to incoming or missed calls. Telus support has been very unhelpful to this point. I’m about ready to cancel service

  • M2H4 Harris, @truenorthviews #TNVPodcast (@M2H4) reported

@JermaineJupiter Virgin/Koodo/Fido are the Bell/Telus/Rogers equivalents respectively. Service and reception will be the same as what you expect from the big 3 Their plans will provide 10gb (often times with bonus) for $50/month. I’ve been with Virgin for almost 15 years

  • idlechannie Aimee ⚡ #THUNDEROUSOUTNOW #JUSTICEFORSOOJIN (@idlechannie) reported

@sooyaspicy I wouldn't know. I'm in Canada, which means Bell, Rogers, or Telus (which each have their own issues.)
