@JonFraserTF @TELUS They left my senior mom without a landline phone for 9 months because someone hit the box in her alley and they couldn’t be bothered to repair it. One day I was on hold for 4 hours to get through to a service agent. 🤬

  • SteveMFinlay
    Steve Finlay (@SteveMFinlay) reported

@TELUS Crisis averted! Service is much more reliable on the way back.

  • JonFraserTF
    Jon Fraser (@JonFraserTF) reported

@marconiese @TELUS I didn't fall for anything. I weighed the options and at the time it worked for me. My company wouldn't reimburse me for a new phone outright, but they had not issue with the lease.

  • cwjroberts
    Chris W J Roberts (@cwjroberts) reported

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Entire family switched from mainline Telus a few months ago after three strikes of brutal customer service and outright deceptive practices. Used to be the best Canadian cellco by far. Fire the C-suite and board.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS If I told you some of the utter ****-show horror stories I have about Telus in a professional capacity (for big corporate phone systems, enterprise networking, etc), you would A) never ever give them your personal business, and B) wonder how ******** they're still in business.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS They are all terrible. Bell, Rogers (blech)...now you are telling us Telus. Videotron in QC is ok, not the best deals, but business line service is decent.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS They have the absolute worst customer service!

@SluaghainO @TELUS I am at a BnB in Osoyoos. At home I would not have these problems.

@JonFraserTF @Ingemar4910 @TELUS I have bell mobile with the US service plan and it has been great.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Yeah, I disengaged from Telus about 20 years ago - landline and internet. Customer 'service' was beyond dismal.
