@TELUS Telus has just restored my small business service. We were down for six days. The cure? Replace the modem. Six. Days.

@ShawInfo love your services and product offerings. Would really like for you to be my provider but it’s very difficult when your prices are higher then TELUS and your customer service team aren’t willing to match their pricing or even offer anything to come close.

Municipal governments like the ones in Olds and Brooks have done infinitely more to advance broadband access in their communities - and have done it cheaper, faster, and better than the UCP and Telus ever could. Support that model. Don’t give more cash to Telus.

@rcarrick Telus. Ages waiting for their callback. Finally got through to the loyalty department supervisor who promised to call back on a certain day and never heard from him. Matt H in Burnaby I’m still waiting. All of this is soul sucking and beyond infuriating.

@ShawInfo Your customer service sucks … I have a simple question but your “help” bots are too stupid to help … I called in but was #70 in the queue … lucky for you Telus sucks too #monopoly #yousuck

@jkenney You seem more interested in advertising and supporting @TELUS than spending wisely on rural connectivity. If you were tech agnostic, your best value would be satellite internet provided by @spacex Starlink. Per capita, this solution is extremely expensive.

Hey @TELUS why is your public Wi-Fi so rubbish? I pay a fortune for your services at home and it never connects properly out and about. Never used to be like this with Shaw Open.
