@TELUSBusiness Telus is a scam. They just sold me a refurbished phone they advertised as brand new. A few weeks after I received this "new phone" it started crapping its pants. I called @TELUSsupport who told me it wasn't their problem.

@RichardRcanniff @TELUSsupport Telus does not value their customers. 8 years with them...never had to call me or chase me for payments but they just ripped me off. They acknowledged the issue but told me it wasn't their problem. They basically kicked me in the nuts for being a good customer.

I don't have internet today like i thought i would because @TELUS has piss poor inter-departmental communication, and out of date building records, and the technicians have to wait on hold in order to get anything done. Thanks for the excellent service!!

@filomenag70 @TELUS They just sold me a "brand new" phone which I'm convinced is actually refurbished. It stopped working after a few weeks & @TELUSsupport told me it wasn't their problem.

@filomenag70 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was with bell for approx 12 years & loved their service. I only left cuz telus offered me a great deal. After 8 years of being a good customer...never missed a payment & they've never had to call me for any reason...they just kicked me in the nuts for being a good customer.
