@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

I just had a customer service rep from @TELUS preaching to me from the bible, told me he would be “babysitting” me today and coughing into the phone. What the hell is going on @TELUSsupport I’m just trying to get me service connected to a new address 🥲

@ShawInfo there is something seriously wrong with your customer service reps. Everytime I go on to chat it takes 5+min to respond to each line of text. Just to get past the authorization took over 25 min. Maybe @telus can do better.

@telus Driver currently northbound on Mavis Rd in @citymississauga driving aggressively, speeding, tailgating and cutting off other vehicles without signalling. Vehicle TAG002, ON license plate CRRL 890. What's the emergency? @PeelPolice don't even drive this fast!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport told us we have to pay $1000 to cancel our services. There is no option for Telus where we are moving so we can’t transfer. This is highway robbery.

@TELUS easily the worst customer service approach of any business I have dealt with. Companies who listen and respond to their customers do well….and then there are those companies like @telus who implement customer services policies that are so misguided it kills their brand.
