@TELUS is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. The lack of organization and communication, along with their pathetic excuse for customer service makes me livid. And this is before my internet had even had a chance to be INSTALLED. Off to a great start, losers.

I love how Telus wears "we have the best customer service" on its sleeve and it still billed me AFTER I CUT MY SERVICE. I hate your service even more without even using it. That's a new low for a company in my books.

I never signed up for Telus "easy payment". Why is my cable $220.99? Why would I pay $140 a month for internet?!?!?!? when I called to set up my account again, the rep told me i'd be paying less than I was paying previously, then I get this $588 bill the next month.

@EveryAlbertan @jkenney @UCPCaucus I admit that phone appointments for simple things is great with my family doctor but I have no interest in engaging with the apps like Telus Health or whatever else comes along. Ppl crank about a vax passport but no problem with a diff doc every week. Ffs. AB gov sux.
