Nig Narain (@nigmendra) reported from London, Ontario@TELUS @TELUS: FYI: “We are working hard at reducing service levels” means you are cutting the services you provide. Also, if you’re working hard to do less, you’re doing it wrong. (Sorry to read about how @vsavoia you were treated

Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) reported from London, Ontario@Jayd_Ink As an YYC Shaw & Telus customer in Ontario visiting family, I’m as happy with Rogers as I am with Air Canada right now. Our flight down here was canceled twice, rebooked & then modified 3 times alone. No compensation at all. And now this from Rogers! A ridiculous service debacle!

Gapper Habs Fan 76 (@OriginalGoo22) reported from London, Ontario@howiethomas @KrisLipscombe @ChristyMin @chevrolet @Nike @TELUS @TSN_Sports They do but it doesn’t mean their sponsor $ is allocated to anyone other than the men’s program. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

Brenda Hopkins (@GenuineWordz) reported from South-West Oxford, OntarioNo Telus service in south western Ontario @TELUSsupport @telus #telus

Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario@evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

Frank (@FGluns) reported from London, Ontario@D420Kato @pokelawls @RogersHelps @Bell Telus only have service on the west coast

ThePodDog (@PadDawg) reportedHey People don't ever get a 3rd party like Telus to have control over things like your heating and air conditioning. I put in for a cancelation of service for the end of the month and I thought it was on good terms. Wrong. They shut everything down 2 hours later. No warning
-
Heidi McCulloch (@HeidiMcCulloch) reportedI made the worst decision ever moving my home internet to @TELUS - and can’t even fix it because app has been down for 2 weeks and son hold with customer service now at 57 minutes. @TELUSsupport
-
Craig T. Miller (@cckcmiller) reported@TELUSsupport how bad is your support that I cannot find a phone number to call support. Telus assist is a joke and anytime I have gotten into your support queue it has been a joke.
-
Gary Mason 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@garymasonglobe) reportedIt seems @TELUS is fine with its business clients waiting three weeks to get a problem fixed. Imagine running a business and having to face that situation. Is Telus going to reimburse me for the three weeks I won't have service they are suppose to provide?
-
Mary (@Mary54661403) reported@TELUS They don't recognize my email, password is incorrect and ask me to reset it. Have done that several times but it never seems to work I have an email today "Koodo Apple Stream" and was able to get in from my "save e-mail address and password but not when I type Koodo for access?
-
Ritz (@4evrCanada) reported@MLArajchouhan I emailed you re TELUS cutting my bro off. He has no access to phone, food, 911, his daughters, or medical emergencies. Telus refused my help because "I'm not authorized on account." FIX IT!
-
Dr. Billy Canada (@billycanada) reported@gatorgar Think long-term. In 3 to 4 years you won't be getting your phone service from AT&t or Telus or Bell or Rogers or whatever you'll get it from starlink. The AI that you use will be in starlink satellites. The taxi you take will be a robo taxi from Tesla. Tesla robots will be mowing your lawn too

B.From.BC (@B_rockdf) reported@garymasonglobe @TELUS Telus, worst company ever in the last 3-5 years. All support is AI and from a 3rd world country.
-
PsudoMike 🇨🇦 (@PsudoMike) reportedCRTC fee ban is live. No more $80 activation fees from Bell, Rogers, or Telus. Canadians paid those fees for years because there was nowhere better to go. Three carriers. Same infrastructure. Prices in lockstep. Killing the fee is fair. The oligopoly is the actual problem.

Michael Bentley (@MPBentley) reportedHave you ever had trouble reaching customer service at a large corporation? That was my experience earlier this week with @Telus and yes, I was frustrated. BUT then @TELUSsupport came through and looked after me 100% including pro-active follow-up. Thank you @TELUS
