-
Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario@evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

Gapper Habs Fan 76 (@OriginalGoo22) reported from London, Ontario@howiethomas @KrisLipscombe @ChristyMin @chevrolet @Nike @TELUS @TSN_Sports They do but it doesn’t mean their sponsor $ is allocated to anyone other than the men’s program. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

-
Nig Narain (@nigmendra) reported from London, Ontario@TELUS @TELUS: FYI: “We are working hard at reducing service levels” means you are cutting the services you provide. Also, if you’re working hard to do less, you’re doing it wrong. (Sorry to read about how @vsavoia you were treated

Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) reported from London, Ontario@Jayd_Ink As an YYC Shaw & Telus customer in Ontario visiting family, I’m as happy with Rogers as I am with Air Canada right now. Our flight down here was canceled twice, rebooked & then modified 3 times alone. No compensation at all. And now this from Rogers! A ridiculous service debacle!

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Teresa Reza (@teresa_reza) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus, everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

DividendBoomer (@BoomerDivvies) reported@cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.
-
Edmonton Lilly (@BabyGirlWife) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport Your customer service sucks. You came in UNIVITED and upgraded us to fiberoptics. Which is causing PROPERTY DAMAGE!!!! But your AI DOESE NOT HAVE A WAY TO RESOLVE PROPERTY DAMAGE! THERE IS A ******* SINKHOLE AROUND YOUR POST!!!! #propertydamage
-
Mr.Retired Life. (@Kowalsk15796884) reported@Ayan604 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus sucks.
-
DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.
-
TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported@zulutruckeryyc Apologies, and that's definitely not the experience you should be having with your TELUS PureFibre service. To clarify, your internet services are no longer working?
-
biag (@TFCLeafnation) reported@mmabrey1 Switch to Telus as Ive never had a problem. Too many issues with Rogers.
-
BirdDogsnDriftBoats (@OldCitori) reported@redrock1867 @Rogers If there’s a major Canadian Corporation with worse customer service and communication than Rogers please drop a name. @TELUS has a great opportunity to raid Business market share in Calgary right now.
-
Edmonton Lilly (@BabyGirlWife) reported@TELUSsupport And the stupidity of @TELUS @TELUSsupport continues. This is not a PERSONAL issue; this is a COMPLEX issue. The complex DOES NOT have a corporate account with TELUS. This is WILL impact a minimum of FOUR units!
-
FK (@dagdakiayaz) reportedHey @Rogers, I requested to move my internet service last month. A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?
