Ok ok, Telus dude. We've had this conversation multiple ways, multiple times in the last 5 minutes. Quit trying to upsell me on crap, I don't want it. I know all this ****. Jeeze. Can we just deal with my issue, not everything else.

Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@Stavros43 @CP24 Lol I mean we have 3 options, bad badder and basest. Telus rogers or bell, not much anyone can do lol

There's A LOT more people calling for the Big 3 here (Rogers, Telus & Bell) to be broken un or at least broken down enough that they will be forced to properly compete and also some more calls for the Rogers/Shaw deal not to go through at all.

Middle of July and I'm just getting June security patch on my S21 Ultra with Telus... Updates were every month and no issue for the first year I owned the phone but the last few months have been lacking.. probably hoping people downgrade to the S22 or something...

@SoniaFurstenau @adriandix @bcndp If you shut down Telus health what will you accomplish? What? You assume those docs will go back into the public system! Why would they? They will just leave and you accomplish *nothing*!

@TELUSsupport please explain and update us on the #Edmonton #Telus wifi outage. I work from home and lose money every minute it's out.

  • ProsaicPKent
    Peter Kent (@ProsaicPKent) reported

@acoyne Both internet + cellular service should be re-considered/re-regulated as essential utilities…like electricity, water and roads. Rogers, Bell + Telus should be able to compete on broader services and bundles.. but fundamentals must be engineered to failsafe levels across industry

  • cadavaberry
    cadavaberry (@cadavaberry) reported

WFH isn't possible for everyone so moving to a LCOL area or saving money not commuting isn't an option. Not to mention Rogers/Bell/Telus gouging us for all we're worth in terms of monthly payments with **** service (thanks for proving that Rogers)

@mellowdrifter @networkservice And TBF the E911 service *itself* was fine; you just couldn't reach it from a device on Rogers. So e.g. Bell, Telus, etc users were fine.
