Worked on the sound in the backend, making sure it was maxed on the box, but it is still crap. The remote is also having issues with a sleep bug where it is not waking up correctly. These boxes are great, but it really seems like Telus support does not know what to do to fix it

@TELUSsupport I have a cottage outside Caledonia, NS and the cell service is almost unusable. I have to go up a hill to send an email. Your coverage map shows saturation there and that’s why I chose Telus with a big 5G data plan. Is there anything you can do?

It is astonishing that after the recent spate of violence and unexplained attacks, some leading to deaths of very young Torontonians, that @TELUS @Rogers @Bell refuse to provide cell service on TTC subways/stations. All three are morally and ethically bankrupt. Shame. Shame!

If no one says anything, in the future no one will know of the fuckery that has gone on with this file by the CRTC itself. I hope Bell or Telus add a procedural request documenting everything so history shows what has gone down.
