Telus en attente au téléphone depuis 40 minutes avec une musique forte qui tape sur les nerfs le service à la clientèle on ne connait plus ça de nos jours votre appel est important assied toi et attend ton tour ça va venir quand ?

I phoned three times and it got progressively worse @TELUS. If a technician had come as arranged none of this would have happened. Not a happy customer right now.

Get fibre optic internet said @TELUS. It’ll be better they said. Got it installed last weekend. Was glitchy. Called Telus and they said they’d fix it. Talked me through process. Worked briefly. Had dinner. Now we have no internet & we work from home. Send help please!

@TELUSsupport Add to that it took friggen forever to get that sorted out - just terrible waste of time going to the Sherwood Park mall store - not sure telus has one there coz they were of no use- finally went to Southgate mall

@TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews This is how the government of Canada subsidizes the expansion of high speed service to rural areas. Ask Bell, Rodgers or Telus where expansion should occur they will tell you and take taxpayer money to make it happen. Go Starlink!!! @MikeBossio

Tried to switch my phone to @rogers from Telus and they have ****** it up so badly. What is wrong with you people! Warning... stay away from @Rogers!!! Not worth it. Now I'm out of a phone and so is my partner for 5 days. We have to live the consequences of your **** up!
