@Tracey_YYC @TELUS Long long story Tracey with ongoing internet issues, fixed and works for a bit, then craps out. I should say the issue is more with internet, which then knocks out the tv. Very frustrating. We usually cut them short when we call as we have done all the troubleshooting already.

@drex @TELUS I had my Telus modem crap out a few weeks ago on a Thursday. Called tech support and they determined I'd need a tech to come by, earliest being a Sunday. Called Shaw Friday afternoon, they had me hooked up Saturday morning...then called Telus and it was like a bad breakup....

@drex @TELUS Telus are the worst, when I moved and went with Shaw they sent me a bill for 3 months for .50 cents.

  • AISHWarRoom AISHWarRoom (@AISHWarRoom) reported

@JimMacLachlan I had a Facebook fight w/ an anti-CBC dweeb. He wrongly said CBC survived on gov't funds & taxpayer $$ while ALL other media "makes it on their own". I tried to educate him about the Canada Media Fund & even the emergency wage subsidy that Bell, Rogers & Telus got. Just denial.

  • lexar1231 lexar123 (@lexar1231) reported

@TELUSsupport Channl 511 displays "no data" and breaks the "guide", I cannot browse past it. When I goto the Telus piktv website to try to delete channel 511, it indicates the system is down? It has been for 2 days now, I don't want to pay ...service not working!

  • kijekijikokwe Charlotte Hunter (@kijekijikokwe) reported

@crys_tom You could go on Telus Health or some other online GP service (I think OHIP covers that now) and ask for a prescription of Zofran. Works better than Gravol. No drowsiness. Expensive. I can't see any doctor saying no.

  • Col8675309 Colleen (@Col8675309) reported

@drex @TELUS Try calling them. They actuate quite helpful and quite creepily they can tap into your cable box and often resolve the issue
