    I can’t stress this enough - @Videotron wireless pricing in unreal!! In the many years I’ve been with them, they’ve never increased my cost and randomly today, my wireless invoice had a rebate on it! So much better than my previous service provider.

    @SciBasedNutr @Videotron I was told that since I didn’t cancel before the new model was instituted last week I could not get that money. I don’t want to cancel my service today. I had planned to in October when I move. Whether I cancelled last week, today or in 2 months that money should be paid to me.

    @AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>
