  • serinlan Sam Landa (@serinlan) reported

@Videotron Hey, I'm a Business customer and I can't see my invoices online anymore. It says 'access blocked'. I also tried to send an email through your website and got an error. Please help!

  • streamtunow NASA 🌑 (@streamtunow) reported

@NICKIMINAJ my internet company is called videotron and it’s so ******* bad.. so anything except videotron

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@jfmezei @CRTCeng Videotron is enforcing it both in real world and on paper in their part-1. Seems to me the issue isn't the 10 customer Bell is complaining about, the issue is both Bell and Videotron fighting to legitimize this fabricated 50% rule.

  • neoposadist Not Another Alex 👽🤖🎬 (@neoposadist) reported

@EyedeasMan The public already uses the internet. It has no control however of its costs and effects. Just look at Canada's awful telecom infrastructure, which is dominated by the monopoly of Bell and Rogers (and Videotron in Quebec). We get shit-tier connection which is shamfeful

  • Milnoc François Caron 🇨🇦 (@Milnoc) reported

Slight glitch with the new phone. The APN was never set, so the mobile data was never working. Searching for "Videotron mobile data not working" brought up Videotron's APN configuration page. Now it's working fine. Can't remember if I had to add the APN info to the Asus phone.

  • MoraghMackay Mo Mackay (@MoraghMackay) reported

@jfmezei @tysmo that's so crazy like in Montreal like basically because I game a lot I use Videotron and I just kind of shake my head whatever but the prices for connection on a bell Network are so expensive like I don't know how people afford it but Bell should be ashamed of ripping people off

  • JSProEquipo Jefferson Da Silveira (@JSProEquipo) reported

@Videotron I talked to the Customer Center twice per chat. June 12 and 14, 2019, on a proposal from Bell. We came very came to their proposal. But I can't talk to anyone on Videotron. If I can not talk to Videotron today I will accept Bell's. My phone number is (514) 677 5071

  • RSSLiam Liam Allen-Miller (@RSSLiam) reported

@marchofthenorth I've heard about them! I'd need to find out if they use Videotron or Bell's network as Bell unfortunately still has only copper wires in my area. Only Videotron based providers are good enough for streaming around here. :(

  • dave_mac609 David MacIntyre (@dave_mac609) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

  • gregobr Greg O'Brien (@gregobr) reported

@BenKlass @peternowak I'm going to say that wasn't the primary driver. Low net customer adds (with Freedom and Videotron claiming more of them so far this year) thanks to competitive pressure (Big Gig) is likely the main reason behind this Rogers move.
