    @Videotron The support section had been beyond useless. There is nothing about the specific issue I am having. Is your management specifically issuing you instructions that's wasting customer time? I'd appreciate if you can provide more information on the outage and it's impact and time.

    store reps who work for the telecom companies in Canada @Rogers @Bell @Videotron stop selling phones to people that were born when lead tinctures and leeches were a medically viable solution to your ailments. if your customer remembers ww2 from the start, no sale. thank you.

    @Videotron Mine went out later in the day (4:40pm). Can't reach you...how do we know when it's back? Or that our problem isn't something else? HydroQuebec has a model for that. You should develop one.

    @Bell_Support yup total crap at this time. either my pvr is crap or fibe is out. matter what I do only channel 1 appears, even on the guide. maybe @Videotron has better service.

    Hey @Videotron, sitting patiently here for over 40 minutes being transferred from one rep to the next just to resolve a billing issue and to change my mobile plan. Being transferred to my 4th Rep. All I get is sorry bill is in English, I'll pass you to another rep. 😖
