Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • darwinburns Darwin Burns (@darwinburns) reported

    @Videotron Resolution = Data add-ons cannot be reverted, $61 fee reduced to $38, $24 of which attributed to account with 12GB still available... Account that doesn't generally reach 50% of available data. $24 pays for... Nothing

  • GrenonMark EarWitness (@GrenonMark) reported

    @Videotron At the time, a compromise resolution was reached. But my trust in the integrity of your company has plummeted. I have no reason to assume I will receive clear, simple billing in the future. What a waste of your company's resources and, more importantly, my time.

    @Videotron down?

  • nanci_murdock Nanci Murdock (@nanci_murdock) reported

    Can anyone shed light on why @Videotron would not support eSim technology (when every other carrier in 🇨🇦 already does)? Is it just me or is this Videotron’s Kodak moment?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    @VassB @jamespmcleod @Bryson_M Then there was the fight I has with one lady who said you are forced to buy Bell telephone service and pay it. It will be on the bill. I said a videotron outlet is there (I pointed to it). I will buy their voip & internet. Boy did that end in a fight. She went banana's.

  • SalpiMak Salpi M (@SalpiMak) reported

    What a scam @Videotron Pretending to give great costumer service. The constant buzzing of Helix Gen 1 is driving us crazy,it’s unacceptable that a company that big doesn't give a damn & won’t bother exachanging this annoying machine without making us pay for it!You would think 1/2

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    @VassB @jamespmcleod @Bryson_M Some very big issues here in marketing, exclusivity and in being forced to pay Bell (or videotron) for a service u will not use or even want.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    @jus_bou @CTV @Videotron Bells sites are the worst ever in all ways possible.

  • tallahustler bryn (@tallahustler) reported

    @NoLore why the hell does videotron need to access your twitter account to fix your internet connection???

  • HelenEleni Eleni Helen (@HelenEleni) reported
