    @JackCha59051190 Even though Videotron owns Fizz, they are still two different companies with their own customer service. Fizz is 100% online by chat and you can contact them in the link that I've sent you. There is no customer service over the phone nor an email address. -Pierre-Olivier.

    @Siftah @TheRealRevK As I said, I was a student. Evening and weekend calls were never cheap! I know a few people who had "midnight lines", which was basically a time switch that turned the meter off between midnight and 6am. Then I got a Videotron cable line that did offer free local calls. Too late.

    @Videotron Since Fizz is owned by @Videotron there is DEFINITELY something videotron can do to fix this terrible customer service. How about you either forward this complaint to your manager or you give me your manager's contact information?

    @Videotron Will do once I have the details. Currently, gathering information and it's looking worse. As a matter of fact, it's so bad right now, Bell is looking attractive. The infamous.... THE CUST SERVICE DEATH STAR 🫤
