Videotron made life crazy with sending me the wrong order then resending another , then when I returned the first order they cancelled the corrected order and after 10 days I still now have no service and if I want it I must now pay full price upfront for equipment #videotron

@Videotron are you going to acknowledge your outage that affects Acanac clients? Are you going to fix it? They confirmed that the issue is on your end.

@findependencec1 I never paid for cable and stopped accepting any free offers as well for years. Try using one of the smaller companies for internet. Always better prices. Here I use a small local company for my contract but service is by the big Videotron in QC. $46 for 30/10 Unlimited.

@Videotron so now that we all pointed out that Acanac confirmed the problem was on your end, you're just going to remain silent and only reply to people about your mobile network? No wonder people use resellers. The dishonesty is astounding.
