I used to have cancer...

@Videotron This new outage system, honestly, we no longer have a map that shows the location all we see is a red blot on a map with no details. So now calls are backed up because prior to this system we could see enough details where we wouldn't have to call to get details.

@Videotron so I get my old plan back but if I want a new phone I have to lose my plan completely, what a load of garbage. Tell me why should I stay when Bell and Telus are being more competitive for my business and you lot don't care.

@Videotron @GretaLemieux9 "Developing new technologies" You get very generous R&D tax credits for that. It's not for people to fund your R&D. Poor excuse.

@Videotron @mayq2012 Basically what videotron just said here is that the poor working people not privileged with being able to work from home will subsidize those who are working from home. This is pretty bad.

@fanCRTCProfling So... Since most people are unemployed, rather than working from home, the poor and underprivileged people who are in an unfortunate circumstance must subsidize the people who are working from home... No... Sounds to me like @Videotron mismanaged their network!
