@Videotron what ******** is this anti-consumer behavior? Turning off 2.4GHz broadcasting on your **** show app also turns off the 5.0GHz band. AND STOP OVERRIDING MY LOCAL CONFIGS - the only place the config actually works

  • Milnoc François Caron (@Milnoc) reported

@fagstein Considering how bad of a reputation the Freedom brand has, rebranding it might help, but only if the service improves dramatically so as not to harm the Videotron brand.

  • topher_carr Chris. (@topher_carr) reported

@westerdale10 @steelershockey Uh-oh, I'm getting the feeling the new videotron might be 4 65" TV's taped together (well, maybe not that bad but the 'Nottingham had help funding theirs' comment/pre-excuse doesn't set expectations too high) I hope to be proved wrong when we see it in September

@montrealmarc @Videotron Yeah and then you can’t afford to pay it and they’re like “oh well it’s not our fault I don’t have access to restart the Internet! You’re the problem here!”

  • dave_macattack Dave MacIntyre (@dave_macattack) reported

Hey @Videotron your technical support guy just tried gaslighting the **** out of me for his failure to reinstate my Internet. Bad form, guys. Bad form…….

  • OnlyEphraim Ephraim (@OnlyEphraim) reported

And the operative dictionary word for today is #PROACTIVE @Videotron It's when you treat your customers right BEFORE they have to call your loyalty department... and you need to be #REACTIVE to retain them

  • phqer phqe phqer (@phqer) reported

@fagstein No, because "Videotron" is too well known as Quebec company. People out west might be less interested in doing business with a company they know is run by them horrible quebecers! ;)
