    @drewface_ Lol what?? What's your ISP? I think I've been using the Google DNS since Videotron had a huge DNS issue that prevented most of Montreal and adjacent cities from accessing the internet for like... a day and a half. Google DNS is just much more reliable.

    Anyone else lose an entire day of productivity due to combined #Videotron problems and @UMontreal server problems? On and on and on.....

    @Videotron Your online service is not working. I’m trying to make a payment and it doesn’t work... like others have mentioned there is a problem with your website. Please fix it. I will NOT be paying any late fees. Also, I’ve waited for over 10 min on the phone. Wtf? Thanks.

    @Videotron why did videotron not make us aware of problem trying to pay bills online??I am sure you will be charging late fees!!! Not happy

    @JustMikeTwo Bell is no better. My wife runs a Depanneur & a Bell Rep. offered a special deal so we got off of Videotron at home. Since February with that heavy snow that came down I've called them about 7 or 8 times about service disruptions with the internet & telephone.

    @jacktodd46 Transition from Videotron to Telus was seamless. No issues with customer service since all calls are recorded. Never been in a Telus store

    @Videotron I’m on of your customers. I am trying to access content on the CTV app. I must sign in, but Vidéotron is not listed as a provider. Help! (Thx)
