I just saw an advertisement on TV about Videotron being the best mobile services provider. Fun thing is that they are the worst. Point. Exploitation at it's worst.

@manofbird I was on the phone with Videotron. Got a "Don't worry about it bro, it happens" when I was forced to make a payment arrangement. Bro? I guess times have changed. Im used to hearing a more "I dont give a **** about your problems" tone from them.

@TechTalk2k If the merger is turned down, Shaw will have to invest in 5G and compete. Videotron cannot compete ever as they have no infrastructure outside of Quebec and cannot bundle and worse cannot afford a competitive strike against their cable business in Quebec.

@Videotron Unbelievable.again and again my invoice is wrong. Now I have to waste time by calling and arguing with customer service about the salesman who sold me the service and the fact that I was overcharged on my bill...AGAIN. 3 months straight #videotron #fedup

There are tons of resellers in wireline - no need to invest capital to build own network. Videotron does not need to build its own facilities. Crampton pushes further: is it not true that bundling of wireline and wireless is a key part of Rogers deal?
