When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

Used to be shaw and videotron splitting the country, now it will be bell and rogers. argument they will make is no one else wants to be in the business, like they did before with cell service providers. never really changes.

Those smaller companies offer better price but lack stability. With Ebox I pay 60$/month for unlimited download, 10Mbps down/1.5 up, + modem.
