They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

Issa Sissoko (@IssaCheckmate) reported from Montréal, Quebec@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

I am switching to bell on Tuesday, and while I’m mad I’ll be paying more, I’ll be happy to have service that works and support Apple Watch.
