    @Videotron helix is by far the worst tv/internet provider service i've used. I have problem for months now and they just keep saying everything if fine. Even tho i have proof that their network is very unstable, they keep telling me "nope, we don't see that". 400mbits plan,30irl!

    @CTVLife has had an audio-video out of sync problem for weeks on @Videotron. They don't seem to know how to fix the problem. Can you help?

    Live is cancel ,am fighting with my internet and it running my game not gone live on this shity wifi at all anymore...**** you @Videotron 🤬🤬🤬it was fine before and now am droping packet all the time...

    @fagstein Eurgh! I guess it’s why they cancelled the price increase at the last minute? Anyway, they’ve always rented signal from Bell/Videotron/Roger

    The art of broken TV schedule, featuring @videotron and @CTVSciFi : Star Trek discovery was over an hour long so it cut the end. Got the encore presentation, added 30 minutes, but it actually started 40minutes+ in. It's 2022 and we still can't get recording of programs right.

    @Videotron and once again helix is down :) how come videotron can give a sooooo bad service. A tech is supose to come for a outside the house problem. But NO ONE wants to give me a credit even tho my service don't work.

    @BellMediaPR why is it that just about every tv provider customer can sign in to access CTV shows on the app, EXCEPT for videotron customers? That makes no sense and is extremely unfair.
