    @Bell Had horrible packet loss with Bell, then I switched to Videotron. I get better speeds, no random price changes, and no packet loss.

    @Milnoc @Videotron never again with them. PKP wrecked house when I was with them and caused me many problems. had to backpay 6 months for which I had already paid and then wait for refund (because of screwup in billing system PKP ordered installed before it was ready.

    They were sympathetic to the situation, took notes on what happened, and said the call would be reviewed. Hopefully they weren't just paying lip-service. They promised me a trusted @Videotron retention representative from their team, would call me within an hour or two. (5/n)

    Hey, @Steam_Support @Videotron Since last night, I have been unable to connect to the Steam servers. Says it is always offline. I live in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. Any known issues?

    @Videotron @FX_Canada Why can't I access #FXNow even tho I subscribe to the channel? #Videotron is not listed as a cable provider when I try to sign in.
