@Videotron Instead of filling us in with misleading % and tweets about field workers receiving chocolate, perhaps giving more specific details about areas and issues would be better. You are very effectively convincing us all to change internet providers once this is all said and done

@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but was able to connect wifi for free in park adjacent ! Hope it get fixed today ! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP already a couple of days

Well that was fun. Power went out on my birthday Wednesday around 3pm, came back Friday around 8pm but Videotron was down. Finally today while I was out, the internet is back. It's been an interesting week to say the least

After 5 days the power is back on at home. But we dont trust HydroQuebec so we're staying at my aunt's for the time being (plus i heard that videotron may still be down despite the electricity being back. We'll have to see)
