    @CNBC regular programming not receiving in Canada this morning - we are getting CNBC World feed. Can't watch regular programming. Videotron says it's not them. Can you help? Can't watch @SquawkCNBC. so sad.

    Update: Third call to @AcanacInc and they tell me the problem is with @Videotron . I check their Twitter feed and see very little activity pertaining to an outage. What’s going on?

    @Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

    @Securit30546826 Right now there is a hearing on disconnecting "roaming users" on lower cost Quebec Videotron sims. If a person dares to buy a SIM/service from Videotron and is outside Videotron area for a month or so, then u get disconnected. Shows how sad it is.

    @Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol
