    @Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

    So @Videotron tech support no longer 24/7 but now only from 9am? Wow, it’s just like living back in France. Got to take time out of work to get anything done.

    @Videotron No, but chat with a customer representative. Even her couldn't provide any solutions instead apologizing for the situation. Well, her apologizing is not what I need because it didn't solve the charges or any kind of that matter.

    @DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

    @Videotron Besides, I didn't because I wasn't aware of my limits till I received my bill. However, this month I did receive an alert regarding with my usage limits. So it wasn't a technical problem.

    @David_Moscrop If you're in the Ottawa area, you can go with Videotron (and keep your 613 number). Customer service via their chat (rather than calling), and very, very reasonable plans.

    @Flagpole_Canada .@Fernpick would it happen to be you that brought up the MSRP issue? There was also a person who compared all of the devices Telus was selling and did the work to get all the MSRP's possible from the various brands. It showed issues exactly like what Videotron said.
