@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@Videotron How about some honesty. What is going on with your network? Outage in Ottawa South is on day 5. Montreal on Day 2. Please be honest with us instead of saying “it will be fixed soon”.

@Videotron so technical support can't remove devices neither. Who's the genius that suggested this downgrade to your network to wait for the device to be disconnected before allowing it to be forgotten?

I don't know how it is in other countries, but I feel that #TikTok in #Indonesia is really terrible. Because Indonesian #TikTok is like CCTV in public spaces, whose footage is shown on videotron or megatron. @Tawan_V

@Videotron tower that serves my house has been down for days! WiFi is a good backup, but no handoff. Amazingly works 1km from my house, but not in most of Ottawa South. Patchy network at best right now.

Day 6 of @Videotron’s outage in Ottawa South. No update on when service will return. Call to support suggested it may be a month. Proceed with caution when selecting a carrier when you live near the edge. Repairs are slooooooow.

@vladcatrinescu @Videotron I don’t work with Vidéotron, I think I can help with that try adding 1 before calling any number in or out of the state like+1514***. As for 611 it won’t work.

@Videotron @tuste69 Outage in Ottawa is on day 4. They’ll get to it, but have low expectations. CS said it may take a month based on previous experience. I had to get a Bell plan today to get me thigh 😡. I’ll be sending Videotron the bull for credit as at day 3 they’re in breach of contract.

@Videotron aware you guys are working hard to resolve current outage issue but an update would be appreciated. Called this morning to have the CS rep say he had no idea and last update posted was 9pm yesterday evening.

@Videotron why does the device need to be disconnected from the network in order for me to forget it on helix app? So I go find the device I don't recognize and remove it from network? Revert it back that the device can be disconnected even if on network!! That's the whole point!
