  @Videotron H4L1L1 St Laurent , no phone or tv service since Wednesday and power was restored Thursday afternoon. Any idea on resolution?

  @Videotron 2) I have Rogers as a cell provider. Their network was offline for me. Was able to connect to an agent in a minute. That agent followed up by email & suggested I ask billing for a credit. They are now back online. Two completely different experiences. Videotron is not prepared.

  @DerekJKilian @Videotron Exactly. How is it me (a customer) has to tell other customers how to get access to a service we are all paying for? 🤔 Why is this not part of their basic messaging?

  @Videotron 90%! You have to admire the audacity! Time to switch to another provider! (H4L internet has been down since Wednesday even though electricity was back on Thursday!) spare me the gymnastics! You are not even close to 50%
