    @Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

    @Videotron why are you lying to your customers? Your technicians leave a job without resolving the issue? And then your support staff lie about what's going on? Horrible customer service. Hopefully @Bell will have a promotion on soon so we can switch to their service

    Tested already : - Modem rebooted - No extra router in between - Tested on multiple computers - All wired on Gbps network - Tested on @Videotron in the same city and no problem. Pleaase confirm there is no ITMP (Internet Traffic Management Policy) for wired internet.

    So Videotron seems to sarcasticaly say customers dont have enaugh of a brain to find a name for there Internet400 service, according to the add. Maybe they just wanted to attract poeple on there site ?

    @glen_mcgregor If I read this right only Bell went down 10%. Rogers and Videotron rates have gone up and because they are interim rates independent ISPs could be on the hook for retroactive payments to the carriers.
