    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    @Videotron ... let's say in the worst scenario, services are down until midnight. 1pm to 12. We talk about 10 hours. In a month, there's approx. 720 hours. You're asking for a credit of 1.39% :) ... Again, IF you lose 10 hours of services, which I highly doubt.
