    Guess I better check the #CRTC outage website which is updated and which Videotron mocked and laughed at in the secret side-consultation, to see the latest telecom updates and ongoing outages. Nope. No updates. Only Bell's update from yesterday exists. How about that!🤡

    @lepage33 @Videotron It's gonna be 3 days without internet now in H7R. The best internet network my ***. Maybe we should switch to Bell.

    @Videotron H9B area with 4 business lines. Power still down but why am I getting full bars of LTE yet no service whatsoever?! Completely cut off and got to drive 15 minutes from my house to get any form of service. It’s ridiculous got me questioning renewing my contract at the end of term

    @Videotron Your services are garbage. Your staff are trained to answer rubbish to customers' questions, and you have no respect to your customers' concern. I'm terminating my subscription.

    @Videotron Is there an outage map for clients to see what areas are currently affected by issues? Can't tell if an issue is due to ice storm (likely) or if it's faulty equip on user end. Seems like a worthwhile investment; can save frustration for both clients & your tech staff.
