    @Videotron Montreal Villeray / Ahuntsic still no internet! It's going to be 48h ! I am surprise to see that the media are not reporting this at all! I remember during Rogers blackout it was all over the news !!! Strange...

    @Videotron @ManicinBadlands It would be helpful if you could tell us what areas are affected? I am I. pointe Claire and have been on hold for over an hour? Is it a wifi connection problem!? No TV and no internet and I can’t get a hold of anyone to tell me if I’m connecting equipment properly or not?

    @Videotron I am cancelling my Videotron service and going to Bell. Hydro is back and they still can’t restore internet what a shame

    @Videotron Helix gateway (tower) was working since the electricity came back around 10AM. But 20 min ago no internet, no TV, the tower is blinking orange. Gateway offline. Is it our gateway that's defective? Or is it something else? Trying to call customer service, always busy.

    @Videotron Have had power for 30 hours and no ******* internet, I’m pretty sure you’re just making up numbers. 60%? Literally not one of the people i know has your **** tier service back.

    @CanadianKryles @IFizziks @Videotron He knows about the outage he mentioned it a few times but he was saying it was odd that it would come back for hours then disconnect
