    @Videotron You all really failed at being on top of your game. This is basic 101 customer service. Your 90% restored service is garbage if you don’t tell your customers how to then get their access back. Franchement, vous faites dure. Un gros zéro pour votre service à la clientèle.

    @Videotron can you confirm an outage in old port? H2Y 2V1. We were not impacted by the ice storm - never lost power but have had no internet since last night. @Videotron

    @Sparklepuss1 @Videotron Issues don’t seem to be with the Helix towers it’s the modems that are not connecting to Vidéotron. Wifi is up and running but no access to internet, so no TV land line, nor land line phone

    @Videotron I call BS on this post still no wifi service. It actually came on yesterday for a couple of hours and then disappeared.

    @Videotron 90%? Where? Not where I live, in villeray in the H2P. Never though I would be looking at the competitions but I am looking because no I cannot work from home using my cell phone I need my computer to have access to the internet.

    @Videotron Its been 4 and a half days at H9J still nothing! Very weak infrastructure , all Bell clients in the area have no issues!

    @Videotron Mine came back, went down and just came back but I can't access any of my tv channels, says I'm not subscribed.
