    @fizz_ca Any internet outage at the moment? I've unplugged/replugged, reset to factory and checked the coaxial cable with no success. Sounds like alot of ppl with videotron are seeing outages today.

    The only blame the Govt has in Helix being down is their policy in maintaining monopolies in telco/tv distribution. Everything else is Videotron's fault. A primo example of Internet of Turds.

    @Videotron interesting pattern. Reseller client: "my service is down!" Videotron: "did you contact the reseller?" Client: "yes, they confirm it's on your side." Videotron: *crickets and tumbleweeds*

    @Videotron @Videotron sucks. Their customer service is terrible. I asked to make a change to my service and they basically said "too bad so sad."

    @TraceyLauriault service providers had to meet, like disclosing data to regulators, law enforcement, courts & public health authority under well-specified conditions. Rather than Telus (and other carriers, eg. Bell, Rogers, Videotron, etc.) selling data to PHAC perhaps its public obligation as 6/

    @Videotron Who approved the design for these buttons? Was there not some sort of focus group? They are tiny and practically impossible to feel. Fix this.
