@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@OdyseeTeam Hi Odysee team. There's a major problem in Quebec region of Canada, we can't acces Odysee by many internet providers. I'm with @Videotron and no browser but Tor can access. Can you see what is the cause? Asking for thousands of people on my FB page.

@stephenlautens Horrible. Videotron may be owned by PKP but I have to say, they're not as bad as Bell, Rogers etc... (knock on wood)

@Bell has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. No TV or internet in my house for 5 days now. I’ve called and spoken to 22 different people. Nothing has been fixed still. Complete incompetence. Will be switching to @Videotron on Monday
