  • MadameDanis Jessica Lavoie (@MadameDanis) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

  • LaLouveRK ͏ Ⲙⲉⳑⲇⲛⲓⲉ (@LaLouveRK) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@Videotron I'm not gonna wait an hour on the phone, sorry.. so are all the other citizens that are in deep shit.

  • x_tina8000 Kristina Hernandez (@x_tina8000) reported from Clarence-Rockland, Ontario

People living in Rockland, who is your internet provider? I am so tired of @Bell ****, lies and outrages prices. Any feedback on @Videotron ?

  • Hobbit1969 Front Line Red Shirt (@Hobbit1969) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@BigBadW0lf4Life @GreatestUncle42 @seanferrick So did I...yeah that's weird. I'm in Quebec, I have Videotron. Maybe your provider lost the signal momentarily

  • 3_punch Gilles Monvoisin (@3_punch) reported from Gatineau, Québec

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Basically we have Bell, Videotron, rogers & Telus paying CNOC for #CRTC regulatory filings, hidden for a ~ year. People supposed to trust CNOC ever again as if they represent & are a voice for "independent internet service providers". They are lip flappers for incumbents.

  • CPComm Campbell Patterson (@CPComm) reported

@peternowak How will the Minister monitor, report, and enforce violations? What remedies will there be for subscribers? For what period of time are the Minister's orders in effect? What are the consequences if Rogers and Videotron fail to follow the Minister's order?

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

PKP on the $850 million Rogers-Videotron network-sharing lawsuit: this time it's going to be different, trust us

  • muffintt TT (@muffintt) reported

@MikeJef52847703 @uproarcapital I’m in Montreal and have been a videotron (QBR) customer for several years and am satisfied. Service interruption/billing issues are rare. If they can replicate their operational success on Freedom then it should be fine. But it also depends on how much west hate QC I guess…

  • LostDei TheLostDeiTy (@LostDei) reported

@Videotron Why is the Goddamn internet ALWAYS down. And even worse you always pretend like there is no problem. Zero transparency with your customers. I'm done with you guys after this contract.

  • LockieSimon Simon Lockie (@LockieSimon) reported

The focus on enforceability of the @FP_Champagne conditions misses the mark: the conditions themselves are irrelevant to solving the actual problem, ie that Canada's wireless markets (including Quebec) are the least competitive in the world, and Videotron simply won't change that

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

I don't like @Videotron anymore. I ordered three phones. Received two with new plans. My old contract is still in place, and their invoice is so complicated I can't tell what's what. Not the first time we've had problems, but other companies are the same. #sigh

  • TheGraceful_1 Sean Lapalme (@TheGraceful_1) reported

@Videotron why are you so garbage at sim sub. Missing nfl playoffs because you guys are asleep at the switch.

  • Deadly_JSay BrushyHat (@Deadly_JSay) reported

@juycer @Videotron This happened to me when I was living in a place where all the places were piped through a single fiber and you could experience slowdowns at peak usage times. It really sucked tbh because nothing can be done and it's hard to blame them as you don't have proof. Network topology!

  • mediamorphis Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported

Another key point: who believes that Rogers being able to pick a replacement for Shaw's Freedom Mobile, ie Videotron, and then do what it needs to help foster Videotron as a strong competitor? This is fantasy & fiction, paraphrase y'day's brutal ruling by the FCA.
