So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron @Videotron do you have an outage map we can track updates? We have had no service in our area Montérégie since Wednesday afternoon. It's crazy! We have to keep driving to the closest free wifi area to get any coverage and find out what is going on. We don't live that far out.

Wishing the Videotron employee who, instead of helping me fix a long-standing problem, offered the shittiest half assed solution that's been tried no less than 6 times without success a very "get hit by a ******* bus"

@Videotron Power supply at my home never went off, but internet was disconnected 8 hours after the freezing rain. I called the next day, the rep said by 2pm should have the internet back, a day later and nothing yet can’t even call because the line is busy. Go figure !
