Jaaaaaayyyyy (@zerojay) reported from Montréal, Quebec2am thunderstrike overhead fried my Google wifi, Videotron cable modem, a network switch and possibly my ethernet card on my main PC. Very glad I kept a backup router so I can at least get internal services (Plex) back up.

Dr. Sam (@DrSamTheDentist) reported@Videotron’s LTE service has been out in Ottawa since May 11th! (10 days before the storm). No explanation, no apology, simply “too bad, use 3G”. One month of no service and Videotron says to just keep waiting. What a joke! Be warned if your are thinking of switching.
