So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

@Videotron people pay a ridiculous amount of money for your horrible service. Everyone is locked in at home and now even television is taken away from us all because of a stupid government alert for a curfew WE ALL KNOW ABOUT. Bullshit
