Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

W/ wholesale we have CNOC members Distributel, Vmedia, Start, Ebox etc All owned by Bell, Rogers Videotron & Telus. What are they going to do here lock people into mobile-Internet bundles? Bundles to save 10$ off cruddy #CRTC service costs in 2yr contracts? A god send? Dunno..

@videotron Your Internet service went down again... It's beyond silly at this point. You need to get your **** together! I hope it was that someone tripped on a wire... and NOT planned router update in the middle of the day... out-sourcing more things to India. YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT to be a customer.
