But to get a new phone this time videotron wants to charge me an extra 5$ a month. Decided to keep my old phone. I'm already paying$150 for home phone, internet and cell.

I am not a Videotron customer (or customer of a reseller) and did not have a tech scheduled. Was call legitimate? Should I take any further action to report a mistake (or scam call if applicable)?

Eric (@ebiss150) reported@Videotron Meanwhile, I'm paying extra for a phone plan that includes a phone that has been payed off for months now. Poor choices, I don't like iPhones, and the Samsung/Motorola are the size of tablets.
