Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reportedI regret to inform you that there is yet another #CRTC dispute between Bell and Quebecor. Bell has filed a complaint about Vrai, Quebecor’s reality TV streaming service, saying the version offered to non-Videotron subscribers is of poorer quality and twice the price.
