I have a Videotron’s rep stuttering over the phone and the ***** in me is enjoying flustering him so much but damn... what a collection of imcompetent fools. Wtt is their recruiting criteria

@Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

@tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

All I want is for Videotron to accept the transfer request on my behalf since they prevented me from doing it myself. I'm not going to drive 6h and back to type "oui" on a text message. Like wtf is this? @Videotron Actually help customers maybe?

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

@Videotron Problem still not resolved; can’t really use the internet (work, streaming, cloud, email) because you never know when the connection will drop. Going on the third week of this “disagreement” with no end in sight… 🤬🤬🤬 calling won’t do any good “we’re aware of your problems…”
