@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

I have a Videotron’s rep stuttering over the phone and the ***** in me is enjoying flustering him so much but damn... what a collection of imcompetent fools. Wtt is their recruiting criteria

@Videotron my Helix internet and home phone have been down for about 5 hours. I just tried calling the 24 hour / 7 days a week technical support (according to the user centre app) and it tells me that customer service is closed.

@gmbutts @Rogers Have a look at @Videotron Ottawa is part of their service area. We switched a few years back and have saved money and are very happy with their service. Multiple lines on the same account save money for all, for each extra line.
