@CdnAvSpotter @Milnoc @SBishayIRIS This is why I am curious whether Videotron has text in contracts with its retail customers about limited roaming. AT&T has such text when you buy prepaid service. you have “free” roaming iN Canada, but more than 50% of usage must happen on AT&T network.

@AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>
