@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@TheSlasherChick @Videotron I’m on Fido. I’ve been doing speed checks since we lost power. I assume the network is so overloaded as we’re all trying to stream things instead of using the home internet (because all our routers are down).

@Videotron any update on when your incompetence will end and you’ll stop being embarrassing and go back to being at least on par with Bell? I know you guys don’t give a **** but 12 year customer here on 5 services. I’m switching to bell the microsecond my phone contract ends.

@Videotron So you're essentially telling people with landlines to just pray and die if they have to dial 911. It should be illegal for you to force our phone lines through your devices if they can't allow for emergency calls in times of emergency. You are using our public infrastructure.
