@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but public wifi is working thanks to city park nearby!Hope it get fixed 2day! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP at least 2 days

@montrealmarc @Videotron It was going in and out until Wednesday evening when it cut out entirely, around the sane time all the big trees fell over on my block - I assume it was related.

@Videotron I have a hard time believing the 90% figure as I know so many from different areas still out, including myself. You can't get through to support. Wait times are ridiculous. After 34 years of being a loyal customer, I will be switching also.

Well that was fun. Power went out on my birthday Wednesday around 3pm, came back Friday around 8pm but Videotron was down. Finally today while I was out, the internet is back. It's been an interesting week to say the least
