@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@DallanInvictus This is what I thought! And why I'm hesitant to switch. But at least Videotron has a customer service department, whereas I can only communicate with Fizz via twitter DMs. I dunno!
@reneeyoxon Fizz is a Videotron flanker brand so they use the same networks - not sure the latter would be any more reliable if you're having trouble with the former?
Probably gonna leave @fizz_ca in the new year because the internet service has been so unreliable this year. Can anyone in Montreal recommend an alternative? I picked Fizz because it was budget friendly but maybe I should go back to @Videotron...
@BionicStephan @mitchgarber @Videotron Videotron will always try to get away with crap.. You have to stay on top of them.. I call them at least once a year.. Don’t be shy and give them a call and please hit English service!
@Videotron Unbelievable.again and again my invoice is wrong. Now I have to waste time by calling and arguing with customer service about the salesman who sold me the service and the fact that I was overcharged on my bill...AGAIN. 3 months straight #videotron #fedup
@FRPC_FRPC Reminds me of the wireless code (if I recall right). Was a fight about the word "customer versus consumer". Audience encompasses all for the Bell/Rogers/Telus/Videotron AdTech industry, not necessarily broadcast objectives... IMO, off the top of my head.
@Videotron what is this #helix system always down, i am frustrated to be charged after canceling my subscription and you call you are told that the #helix system is down we can do nothing
@Videotron By then the issue will be solved. Not. Just like Ukraine.
I just saw an advertisement on TV about Videotron being the best mobile services provider. Fun thing is that they are the worst. Point. Exploitation at it's worst.
@Videotron Helix outage in Cote St Paul area. Is this happening to anyone else?
