@TELUSsupport is the worst phone company ever. Do not become their client. I’ve dealt with bell, Rogers, Fido, Videotron and this company is by far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with.

  • GSGFlash GSG Flash (@GSGFlash) reported

@Videotron Hi, my wife and I are flying out of the country today but we're not able to turn on our daily traveler pass, the option is grayed out even after scrolling through the terms and conditions. Could you please help get it activated for both of us?

@DiRobertis @Videotron Same for me. Not working

  • ohwell321 Margaret Anne (@ohwell321) reported

@DiRobertis @Videotron I know the leafs game is up for free on their (sportsnets) main page cause of all the issues they’ve been having, not sure about other games. Hoping it actually streams tonight and doesn’t go down every 30 seconds.

  • GSGFlash GSG Flash (@GSGFlash) reported

Cancel that, my wife was able to do it from the User Center on the iPhone. But on that note, the functionality seems to be broken on the Android User Center app and the Videotron website, so it would be great if you can get it fixed.

  • Wabbit_Detector Mr. Noodles (@Wabbit_Detector) reported

@grantmccagg I guess you don't get helix from videotron. Never a problem Bell fixes you for a few months then play with your upload do there is always a problem 2 3 times a year

  • SpaceMutiny Local Dagger Ear Enthusiast (@SpaceMutiny) reported

    >Federal court rejects Bell and Telus request to block Videotron’s 5G spectrum purchase in western Canada Good because Bell and BCTel/Telus have no business regarding this. Also if Videotron sets up shop here in the West it would help prices quite a decent bit.
