    @Videotron I have been requesting for the temporary suspension of my internet services ( helix ) since the start of this week . I made 6-7 calls on 17-18th May and was put on hold for 30-40 min more than twice. I had the worst experience this time with you guys .

    a full hour and my problem got worst not even close to be solved. @Videotron please do better . Im beyond annoyed right now

    @xavier_laff Coverage sucks. Lots of areas suffer from congestion. Speeds suck with some carriers. They don’t all have VoLTE, and Wi-Fi calling. Even Videotron and Freedom have that here! Also towers only have one eNb, here they usually have several.

    @KunjTV @METZY_B @Videotron Actually BELL MTS my bad... Which MTS operates under the bell umbrella but it's their territory if that makes sense
