    @rawatrocks2008 @Videotron @Rogers Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    @Videotron Hey guys it’s cold outside and my teleportation equipment came with my upgrade to Helix which is now not working... Get moving or I will have to take my car to the Metro which will require me to go outside:-) But seriously, you don’t go down often. Thanks for the update.

    @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron change up your dns to 8.8.8.8 and you'll be fine. i have the same problem.

    @ValidTrxcz I'm using a VPN service over Videotron's network and it's working fine. Even faster than before
