In her response, she had made clear she was not trying to minimize what I was saying, but she said that my issues were "non-issues". She followed up by saying that if I stick with @Videotron, #eSim should be supported by the time I finish my contract in 2024. Seriously? 6/9

@Videotron Hi, That's not in my property, I'm only trying to help you. If Videotron wants to get emergency calls and unhappy customers once it breaks, it's your own decision.

@lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.

@Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

The absolute worst thing about switching to @Videotron s newest internet/cable is that when your cable goes down now, so does your TV :( (It goes down a lot...)

Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported
@Bryson_M @BenKlass @MersereauMichel +1 to this pt. The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services. All w/ no public data to support the claim.

@Videotron BOO! Y'all have provided ZERO information to your clients and have SHOWN you do not care. Idk who runs this account but 100% switching to bell after this terrible service

@Videotron Honestly if your plan is to work on the network starting at 9:30PM, you could at least have the decency to apologize to your customers before doing it!

@clogicca @Videotron You attitude is worst . If that is how you define civility we are in big trouble
