    Hey @Videotron it's not like most people are working from home expecting to receive a service that we already overpay for... Get your service back up and issue some credits to the customers you gouge.

    @Saathe Il faut changer son DNS, message d'une collègue: looks like the persons who have Videotron as Internet Service Provider are experiencing internet issues. Seems like the issue is with their DNS. Some were able to fix it by changing it to a different one, like google's 8.8.8.8

    Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 #videotron

    @Videotron There better be a credit, this is now the second time in a month that an outage has happened under your company, not only does it **** up mine and others working days it also doesn't give me trust that I'd want to resign with you guys

    @videotron you serious second time in a month that internet goes down and I have a meeting right now I can't attend since no data or anything is working!
