@Videotron Instead of filling us in with misleading % and tweets about field workers receiving chocolate, perhaps giving more specific details about areas and issues would be better. You are very effectively convincing us all to change internet providers once this is all said and done

@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but was able to connect wifi for free in park adjacent ! Hope it get fixed today ! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP already a couple of days

Well that was fun. Power went out on my birthday Wednesday around 3pm, came back Friday around 8pm but Videotron was down. Finally today while I was out, the internet is back. It's been an interesting week to say the least

@Toassterr @Videotron I was able to get a hold of a technical support agent fortunately. The agent was helpful. Who ever is managing this videotron's twitter is not.

@Videotron Where is the customer support? No one answering the phone, no one answering the chat... what kind of service is this? An occasional tweet about some questionable percentage is not very helpful at all.
