@Videotron To anyone reading this: You can set your DNS server on your PC on through your router to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, Videotron's DNS servers went down.

@mayq2012 @Videotron @francoislegault There's a major outage going on. So even if you reached Videotron you'd likely end up in voicemail hell and no further ahead. All I can say is be patient.

@Videotron Change your DNS settings in your router to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4 (which are public DNS servers that work unlike Videotron's) and watch your problems dissapear

@GronkWRLD @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Bottom right on your PC right click on the internet connection -> open network settings -> change adapter options -> choose your net and double click -> properties -> find IPv4 -> on the bottom instead of "using auto dns" change it to manual and type in what i said before.

@Videotron Is this just an issue in Laval? Asked a few people from Montreal that use Videotron and their services are just fine. Their phone line doesn't seem to work either at least for us.

@ananarchie oh god i asked some friends who are with videotron and they said they were fine so i thought i was the problem !!! me voilà rassurée
