@AnthonyLacavera @MobileSyrup It's regional and has to seen beyond bellybutton lint in ON or BC. Videotron in QC, Cogeco in the East. Shaw formerly centre. Telus West. Robellus somewhat majority of larger urban centres. Down to Robell when merger completes.

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

Videotron cancelled my transfer request because I couldn't accept it via text.... Because they made my phone inoperable while still billing me for "service". Oh, they also hung up on me. So now I'm back on the phone with TELUS to make another transfer request + call to Vidéotron

@tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

@Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

@Videotron legit question: have you been on hold with your customer service yet? The first song on your loop is the worst thing imaginable. Please, for gods sake, just mute it or gimme radio. Anything else. Please. #videotron

All I want is for Videotron to accept the transfer request on my behalf since they prevented me from doing it myself. I'm not going to drive 6h and back to type "oui" on a text message. Like wtf is this? @Videotron Actually help customers maybe?

@ThePeterKelly Telus and their subsidiaries are available in some areas. I use Koodo in Hamilton and it's fine service-wise. Unfortunately since Freedom was bought up in 2015 Ontarians don't have the option to support a provider outside the big 3/4, unless you're in Ottawa & can get videotron.
