@NoahFridman @Videotron They've been cool all these years, but the past 2 1/2 years, they've been dreadful. The worst part is, THEY called us to offer this deal. We didn't call. They won't do anything. They won't even want to listen to the phone call.

Does @Videotron give anyone GOOD customer service? When you ask for someone's name so you know who you're talking to, is "Do you want my DNA too?" an appropriate response? What about essentially daring someone to find another Internet provider if they're tired of your crap? 🤔

4th player strategy in late 1990s failed. Both Fido and Clearnet ceased to failed. 4th Player in 2007/2008: While Videotron/Eastlink survived, Canada still ranks near/at top in terms of most expensive so after 10 years, still not working. #CRTC

Bell Fibe vs. Videotron high speed? Which big bad telco is better?

@jfmezei Freedom to me is a non-issue, it's a red herring. Has spectrum worth. Videotron will turn it into a low cost, no service, cheap quality fizz just to keep it out of other competitors hands.

@Videotron who all REFUSED to help, called us liars, I am so close to returning the phone. This is not worth all the hassle. It's too bas the customer service has gotten absolutely awful for the past 2 years and a half.

@TSNHelp My TSN Live stream is continuously jumping forward. It is like a quick jerk forward every couple of seconds. I've changed resolution and stopped and started the stream. I am on a super-fast high-quality unlimited data plan with Videotron. How do I fix this stream?

@nectarios Videotron is the lesser of 2 evils. Been using Helix without issues. Never used Bell Fibe and have heard its quite good but Bell's customer service and billing is atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

@jfmezei Back then the talk was "use it or lose it" in regards to buying spectrum and sitting on it for X-yrs (as videotron did & it should never have been sold to Rogers). Should be no diff if a new entrant is bought out. INDU can reserve & resell it for new entrants only.
