@Videotron DNS servers are down. For those that know how, go manually change yours to Google's. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

@fagstein @Videotron DNS servers are down. Change your router Primary and Secondary DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. If you have Helix, well...I hate all in one modem/Router combos. You can only change it on your computer in Networking...at least your computer will be working.

@Videotron This was an issue with Videotron's DNS servers and now seems to be resolved. Users that set their own DNS servers on their router would have still been working.

@Videotron If you know how to change your DNS settings on your PC or router, change it to use 8.8.8.8 for now. DNS services are down... not the internet

@Videotron Considering the ridiculous prices you guys charge. I better be getting a credit on my bill for this service outage during work hours. To think you guys had the audacity to raise prices while constantly under delivering on bandwidth. Enjoy your monopoly while it lasts.
