    @Videotron The support line is busy and I’m sure your customer support agents are swamped, but it’d be helpful to have a way to check or report an internet outage online (like Hydro-Quebec has). Does such an option exist?

  • chuckfromcanada Chuck (@chuckfromcanada) reported

    @videotron when will service (helix and illico ) be back on in beauharnois...

  • CountryLone Paul (@CountryLone) reported

    @Habanoscanada @Videotron I’m having the same issue. I noticed if you switch to the second videotron network it works for a while.

  • habskovalev Evan G (@habskovalev) reported

    @FloralCrissy @Videotron Many people are same on many networks. Mine is Fido and my signal goes on and off. My guess is networks even if working are overloaded from everyone trying to use them since the home cable and internet are out.

  • Roger40625453 Elisa (@Roger40625453) reported

    @Videotron Please fix it asap

  • CADNJDevils DevilsPlayoffs (@CADNJDevils) reported

    Are we ever gonna get any DM updates in regards to our services being down? @Videotron

  • amoli38393069 amoli (@amoli38393069) reported

    @RNestasko10423 @Videotron why don't you have a backup plan if that money is so important to you? The problem is your lack of planning! 🙄

  • amoli38393069 amoli (@amoli38393069) reported

    @Yougzz @RNestasko10423 @Videotron Maybe but services never work 100% ALL the time, there will always be outages. If you NEED them, YOU should have a plan for these outages.

  • sandiestone_ Sandrine (@sandiestone_) reported

    @Videotron @Mikaela28111 We cannot call you as we cannot register on the network!

  • MarcMatmat07 Marc-André Turcotte (@MarcMatmat07) reported

    @Videotron If only LTE data would work. 3G is more stable, wtf.
