@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@Videotron I've been on the phone with TekSavvy for 3-4 straight now. That's about 6 phone calls. It's been the same reoccurring issue. And poor TekSavvy can't do anything for me because I receive my Internet from you, @Videotron. I might have to change providers.

Bell lowers 911 rates by 1-cent, videotron sent a letter out to its customer that phone is going up 2$ because suppliers are economically squeezing them. #CRTC I dunno.

@manofbird I was on the phone with Videotron. Got a "Don't worry about it bro, it happens" when I was forced to make a payment arrangement. Bro? I guess times have changed. Im used to hearing a more "I dont give a **** about your problems" tone from them.

@FRPC_FRPC Reminds me of the wireless code (if I recall right). Was a fight about the word "customer versus consumer". Audience encompasses all for the Bell/Rogers/Telus/Videotron AdTech industry, not necessarily broadcast objectives... IMO, off the top of my head.

Hey @Fido, I didn't answer your survey as to why I dropped you after 15 years. But I'll tell you here. It's because it took me 6 months to get a live person to handle an issue I had. Now I'm with Videotron and I can get a live person within 1 minute. Now go fix your business.
