And then there is that monster under multi-NDA's, the Bell AI file and I can't talk about that. Yeah, bad look (putting it mildly).

  I received an email Friday with an order for Wi-Fi pods which I never ordered. I called retention today to resolve all of this and get a credit for the missed appointment. I also explained this is a retention issue as Videotron quoted me 150 tax in for same services.

  @Videotron @videotron are you aware of what is going in iran . all mobile operators in canada have provided free calls service for calls to iran as the intetnet is cutt off . you know all operators in canada exept videotron . i have called made complain and until now no news from your side

  @Videotron WTF!! My bill has increased by $45 from one month to the next!!!! No changes in plan, no nothing. Really???
