@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

That's why people are kind of hoping for the longest time now that Videotron the Quebec mobile provider does by up Freedom because it would give them the chance to be in the national scale with their service instead of just focus on Quebec and some of Ottawa.

@Videotron I have done a manual transaction, from the automatic technic support on the paper I received. The money was sent from my credit card, proof on my bank account. But on my Customer Center it still says I have a 230$ Balance due. Should I think it's delay and trust or call for help?

@Videotron and once again helix is down :) how come videotron can give a sooooo bad service. A tech is supose to come for a outside the house problem. But NO ONE wants to give me a credit even tho my service don't work.

@mgeist So all together, the "no-shows" I know of: -Bell & Videotron refused to show up at LCJC (was stated last year ~ last committee meeting), but they were consulted & support it, Senate Sponsor said it can develop for other content. -Justice & Public safety refused to show Others?
