VIDEOTRON: The biggest cable company in Quebec is experiencing a widespread outage. Videotron says it is experiencing technical problems with some of its services. The company has at least 2-million cable and internet customers in the province.

@Videotron This was an issue with Videotron's DNS servers and now seems to be resolved. Users that set their own DNS servers on their router would have still been working.
