@Videotron My wife just spent an hour on the phone with CS, apparently loyalty service calling us tomorrow. I appreciate the follow up, but I feel bad for others who may have been fraudulently convinced by a sales rep like we were.

@seananthonylevy @TekSavvyBuzz That's not true at all. Bell and Videotron are literally the only providers with their own networks in quebec. Once their network is installed, it's a waste to double up and build a third network, and also not profitable as a smaller ISP does not have the budget for that.
