@saschasegan Videotron contiguity with Rogers is a little better, but not perfect, and I don't know why they'd even bother with the 10 MHz they got in some cases, unless it's to force other carriers in-area to network-share.

@Rackspace I know it works for others so I'm wondering if you are having an issue with the Videotron ISP in Quebec right now or made DNS changes to your domains recently that may explain this?

@Videotron So - I pay my paper bills on time for 20+ years - you switch me to online billing (without my consent) and don’t email my invoice, and wonder why I miss payments? I’ve paid my current amount owing #YourMove. Don’t say call - you’re closed when I’m not working.

@Videotron charged me $35 extra for a fee that was waived on my contract. Talked with customer service and the fee was fixed on their end but apparently I cannot see it on my end 🤔🤔🤔 does that not seem suspicious
