  • pmarriott Paul Marriott, PhD. (@pmarriott) reported

@pluc @cogeco @Videotron In other markets where there's "competition" there is still only one physical grid, though, and one grid operator/maintainer. I have no idea how it works for cable network infrastructure though.

  • M0504D Dan (@M0504D) reported

@Videotron again without wifi, it’ll be 5 days with this problem.

  • StephyVicente Stephanie Vicente (@StephyVicente) reported

@Videotron No service here in J9A still

  • StephyVicente Stephanie Vicente (@StephyVicente) reported

@Videotron is there still an outage in my Area? J9A ... The Helix light is white in front and the ethernet is orange but the wifi doesn't show up as an option for me to connect to at all. Doesn't even appear.

  • TinyRedBalls Charlie O. Jones (@TinyRedBalls) reported

@jacobin 2/2 And 2) The paragraph introducing PKP to the mix seems misleading. To my understanding, it is not the cleaving off of Freedom and possible purchase by PKP that is the problem -- Videotron going national? -- but what would remain for Rogers to acquire.

  • DrSamTheDentist Dr. Sam (@DrSamTheDentist) reported

@cuto8 @reideltj @Videotron With the storm, Ottawa South is never going to see a resolution. They will deny any claims now that they can blame the storm. I am switching to bell on Tuesday, and while I’m mad I’ll be paying more, I’ll be happy to have service that works and support Apple Watch.

  • cuto8 Curtis (@cuto8) reported

@DrSamTheDentist @reideltj @Videotron But the issue is publicly known to have happened before the storm though! Ya sidebar, I'm pretty amazed for such a carrier, it still hasn't implemented support for eSIM yet!

  • devilrose21 Nancy Vaudry (@devilrose21) reported

@Videotron an update on outage would be nice. I understand storm caused problems but your customers deserve a better answer than just wait.
