Anybody downtown (Outremont, Plateau) have Videotron home internet? Sister is reporting an outage and they claim its in the whole area.

@norootcause Videotron is really solid for home internet. I hate to support a separatist. Honestly I highly doubt whoever made the mistake will work in the industry again. I know the business and reliability has been a huge focus for years. Really Canada does have reliable service

unrelated but as a kid i had so little video games which is why i dont have deep rooted nintendo nostalgia i guess. i remember going to videotron and borrowing mario kart for like 2 or 3 weeks straight trying to unlock all racers but i never thought abt asking to buy it -> stupid

Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!

@AnthonyLacavera @MobileSyrup It's regional and has to seen beyond bellybutton lint in ON or BC. Videotron in QC, Cogeco in the East. Shaw formerly centre. Telus West. Robellus somewhat majority of larger urban centres. Down to Robell when merger completes.

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron
