Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

🇨🇦 Gary Simmons (@garysimmons) reported@freedomsupport I'm moving to Montreal in May... Is there any chance we'll see an integration of the Videotron Quebec network that quickly so that I don't have to leave Freedom?
-
Daniel (@MTLDaniel) reported@lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.

Avanos 🇨🇦⚜️ (@Avanosss) reported@PapiDitzyHarpy @GinoHard_ The language barrier is a pretty weak argument! In Quebec, we’re practically all bilingual and the Montreal Canadiens don’t seem to have any problem! Yes, the market is small, but at least the Videotron Centre would be full for every game!
-
Scale (@alliareault) reported@MarkJCarney 15 min city model lacks adequate internal regulatory mechanisms. Vidéotron breaking CRTC & own regs by allowing unauthorized personal internet/tv account at my location Agora /Villa in Gatineau. Centurion failing to uphold its responsibility as service facilitator.

ScorpioSymbol (@IvanMakesGames) reportedThe absolute worst thing about switching to @Videotron s newest internet/cable is that when your cable goes down now, so does your TV :( (It goes down a lot...)
-
sLosada (@s_slosada) reported@Videotron Hi, That's not in my property, I'm only trying to help you. If Videotron wants to get emergency calls and unhappy customers once it breaks, it's your own decision.

-
Will (@Scrip_t3d) reported@Videotron Will you reset bonus monthly/yearly data? It would be unfair to have lost a good percentage of it due to internet being down.
-
TekSavvy Assistance (@TekSavvyCSR) reported@somecanuckchick @Videotron So sorry to hear this! Please send us a DM with your account info and we'll see how we can help. - JL

Anne DeBlois (@annedeblois) reported@frankcain088 @PuckReportNHL @FriedgeHNIC Absolutely, so why do they want to stick with this awful setup? I went to the QMHJL draft last summer, it was the good, old, centralized setup at the Vidéotron Centre in Québec City. That was way, way, way better.
