    @Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

    @bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

    I have a Videotron’s rep stuttering over the phone and the ***** in me is enjoying flustering him so much but damn... what a collection of imcompetent fools. Wtt is their recruiting criteria

    @David_Moscrop If you're in the Ottawa area, you can go with Videotron (and keep your 613 number). Customer service via their chat (rather than calling), and very, very reasonable plans.
