@stephenlautens What do you mean 'about to expire'? They don't grandfather in old packages? Videotron did that and we had a great package - even their customer service reps would tell us not to get rid of it bc nothing was as good. Of course we did get rid of it yrs later and I still regret it.

@Ipstenu I have this issue with Videotron. It is so frustrating. Especially with a password reset request.
