@Videotron I recently transferred two lines to Videotron business mobile service. 2 new iPhones 11s. Constant dropped calls no matter where I am in the city. Getting nowhere with tech support. They told me to turn off VoLTE! Same on each line!

@Videotron no. because it prevent from recording anything else as the will overlap. Also I'm not here to do @videotron / @hbocanada / @CraveTVHelp work on providing the proper TV guide info. I DO PAY FOR THE PREMIUM. I expect this to not be a RECURRING issue like it is.

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@HBOCanada @Videotron whenever you want to fix the TV Guide so that it's proper. Because all the Sunday evening programming so far got cut on the PVR. YOU ARE A PREMIUM CHANNEL. With subpar service.

  • MTLreporter Isaac Olson (@MTLreporter) reported

I struggled to rent a film through Videotron's Illico on-demand service, which is in French on our home TV. I don't use the service in any language, let alone my second. Now I pay $5 a month for a channel I don't want and my kids still haven't experienced "The Goonies." #dadfail

I've come home to take care of my aging family & I'm currently looking for work. So, I need my phone number. I've applied at various government agencies & will need to be contacted. I get service here with Telus via Videotron.

  • orangefuzzz Ricky B 📼📺 (@orangefuzzz) reported

@cbcErica please help. I moved from MTL to Gaspésie & @Videotron wants to disable my service because I'm using a partner network. I have a Canada-wide plan which I'm paying nearly $100 a month for & my bills are paid on time. I also have internet & another identical line.
