I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

Vidéotron breaking CRTC & own regs by allowing unauthorized personal internet/tv account at my location Agora /Villa in Gatineau. Scale (@alliareault) reportedMy credit bad they refused to give me router registered to Corporative Internet Account Centurion- landlord facilitators & Vidéotron- telecom providers- only ones authorized by CRTC at my location. TAL ruled against me. I'm waiting for them to adhere to QC Canadian & Global Regs.
