@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

Explain to me WHY, despite turning off cellular data for all but 3 emergency apps, I HAVE SOMEHOW GONE OVER MY DATA AGAIN NOT EVEN HALF WAY INTO THE MONTH?! @Videotron fees are ridiculous and I am sick of it

@Videotron Whatver you do, avoid Vidéotron at all costs. They’re the absolute worst organization that I’ve ever dealt with. It’s 10:30 PM, and their customer service and technical support lines are closed. I currently have no internet (using data from cell). Unreal.

@WGNTV @WGNNews Hey! If I stream directly on the @WGNTV website, no problem. But if I watch through my cable provider, there is a 2-3 seconds delay between audio and video. The problem has been ongoing for weeks. I am in Canada, cable provider is Videotron. I checked with them (1 of 2)

@Bryson_M They're going to have to sell off some assets, like Bell did for MTS. I could see them selling off the division to Cogeco or @Videotron *me dreaming* If Videotron bought Freedom's mobile network, they'd have coverage in the four most populous provinces.

@jfmezei @SBishayIRIS No roaming or extra charges. Rogers is the partner network outside of Videotron's coverage area.
