  @MarkJCarney @francoislegault Vidéotron isn't providing nor is Centrurion facilitating internet that's incl in rent re my lease. Agora 15 minute city. I haven't had internet since Nov 24.   To end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9
