mlevison (@mlevison) reportedDear @Videotron over the course of 1 mth, I've had to call 3 times to have a $50 charge reversed. In all I've now spent 3+ hrs on hold. Service reps are all helpful. How 3+ hrs is madness. Perhaps Videotron should pay to improve the system. Good people, poor system.
