    Besides providing a service with a speed way lower than I hired, @Videotron now is not working at all. I guess it’s time to change.

    @perreaux Ebox or techsavvy. But ebox is a Qc (Longueuil) company so I’d go with them (they run on videotron network while techsavvy’s on bell I think)

    @Videotron Everything has been restarted, and I'm hard wired through Ethernet. My speeds are fine and at what they're supposed to be at for my plan. The issue is that something is wrong with your routing to online services. I'm getting weird ping and spikes in games and on Discord/Teamspeak

    @perreaux Follow-up on my Blinknet to this comment of yours: Blinknet in my case uses cable to a routing point, at which case it goes directly into their servers/system. I was worried the cutoff issue was due to the line, but it proved due to Videotron's servers, as blink's work solidly.

    @Videotron This tweet is typical of Videotron. Think of the bottom line, the hell with customers. And then think it's all ok with the "Thank you for your understanding" comment. All I understand is you don't give a **** about customers and only think of $$$

    @NoLore @perreaux 5 years of videotron for me was the exact same as what Les describes: tiny 1second hiccups here and there that ruin video calls & other things that require constant service. Smaller ISPs have to care, while the monopolies have no need to care.

    @cnngo can you please fix cnngo on AppleTV for Canadian customers? It’s not working for shaw, Rogers, or videotron. It has been down over a week.

    @perreaux The infrastructure is all either Bell or Videotron anyway. I use #Teksavvy - good service.
