    Dear @Videotron over the course of 1 mth, I've had to call 3 times to have a $50 charge reversed. In all I've now spent 3+ hrs on hold. Service reps are all helpful. How 3+ hrs is madness. Perhaps Videotron should pay to improve the system. Good people, poor system.

    Ordered my iPhone 12 Pro Max December 30th Got told January 11th I’d receive it. That date comes around and I get told there’s a slight delay. April 4th is the day I’ll get it. Only way I can get a phone is change colour. Thanks @Videotron #horrible #worstcustomerservice #yousuck
