    @ChocoPoire @Videotron Enfaite, pour faire simple, Vidéotron et même Rogers font payer la facture, toujours un mois d'avance. C'est jamais un mois en arrière ( un mois d'utilisation). J'sais pas pour les autres compagnies, mais eux c'est comme ça.

    @Videotron @Bell Not to mention two people in our household work from home; two days of lost work isn't going to be properly compensated by the $10 offered by your customer service which is what we got 2 months ago when our internet went out for two days.

    @Videotron home phone, tv, Internet all out of service. Mobility service extremely slow. It’s been two days now, I live in Ahuntsic, estimate of when services will return?? Also, #Videotron better offer a heavy discount on my services or I’m going back to bell.

    @Videotron you need to provide some updates. When is service going to be restored by area for example? I hate to say it but hydro Quebec sets the standard for this, and you are an example of what not to do.

    @Videotron Therefore, I don’t think a status update as to when service will be restored is not an unreasonable expectation. This allows us as customers to make arrangements as needed. Last i checked, Videotron is not paying for me to take a sick day from work…

    @Videotron Power supply at my home never went off, but internet was disconnected 8 hours after the freezing rain. I called the next day, the rep said by 2pm should have the internet back, a day later and nothing yet can’t even call because the line is busy. Go figure !

    What data I’m getting on my phone is limited as hell; the storm’s messed with our service provider (Videotron), seems like.

    @Videotron An outage map is DEFINITELY something you need to work on. I appreciate the unlimited data on my phone but I cannot run my other 20 devices tethered to it. I hope I am not required to call AGAIN to get compensation. This should be automatic for all customers.
