@Videotron Therefore, I don’t think a status update as to when service will be restored is not an unreasonable expectation. This allows us as customers to make arrangements as needed. Last i checked, Videotron is not paying for me to take a sick day from work…

@Videotron when will internet service be restored? It is unacceptable for the outage to last this long. We have exams coming up, people are working from home ect.. and no updates from u as to when you will fix this.

And the only phone company that's doing anything about this is videotron, virgin said turn on power save mode, remove unused apps and survive **** you, paying 58$ a month AND FOR WHAT
