@Videotron So - I pay my paper bills on time for 20+ years - you switch me to online billing (without my consent) and don’t email my invoice, and wonder why I miss payments? I’ve paid my current amount owing #YourMove. Don’t say call - you’re closed when I’m not working.

@MancreeperJude @Rackspace Fixed for us. I talked to Videotron support yesterday and they 1st line tech didn't have a clue but she talked to someone else and they were aware and said it would come back "sometime in the next few days...". It came back 2 or 3 hours ago for me.

@Rackspace I know it works for others so I'm wondering if you are having an issue with the Videotron ISP in Quebec right now or made DNS changes to your domains recently that may explain this?
