@Videotron il se passe quoi a prevost depuis deux jours le service est lent et intermittent c' est difficile on a eu zero com la dessus

@Videotron over an hour on the phone trying to get service with Videotron. Original wait 15 minutes. Then I have been on hold for 30 minutes. What is wrong with Videtron now days? Also please stop wrong billing people, so we do not need to call

@Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

@Videotron a person in a Pandemic cannot go 6 days without internet. We need to find a solution. Will be calling back this morning because this is unacceptable. (I am using what is left of my data).

thanks @Videotron for giving me a new remote. Now,about those prices that keep rising,I can only keep the price down by getting rid of channels.There has to be another way.Bell is begging me to switch.

Hey @Videotron - Got a new Sim Card + a Canada/USA package .... but no cellphone service in US (Dallas). LTE does work. Any ideas? Galaxy S20+ 5G and got a new Sim Card in 2022 per your instructions last time.

@tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either
