    @tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

    Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!

    Anybody downtown (Outremont, Plateau) have Videotron home internet? Sister is reporting an outage and they claim its in the whole area.

    @Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

    my @Videotron internet has been unstable since this morning's outage so looks like a stream might not be happening tonight yall... imma keep working on it but this make me sad

    @David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Similar happened to me years ago but w/ Videotron. We'd lose internet out of nowhere for sometimes hours at a time. After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.
