Je voudrait crier haut et fort (même si j’suis pas encore sure qu’il a réglé mon problème) que le technicien @Videotron qui vient de partir de chez moi avait une attitude sua coche. A l’écoute, patient, consciencieux 👌🏻

VIDEOTRON est une entreprise privée dont les abonnements de service ne sont pas réglementés. Hydro-Québec est une entreprise publique dont les tarifs d'électricité sont réglementés.

@shawndearn @KayLaframboise Your google home device works because it used Google's DNS services. The issue was with Videotron's DNS services. This would be normal.

@videotron what happened to your DNS servers? What did you do that fixed it for SOME of your clients today. Why is taking so long to fix it for Gatineau???

Commiserating with last yr's quebecois techbros over being unable to configure DNS/DHCP with their Helix Videotron router/modems today... All I want to do is change my DNS network so when outages like the one today happen, I can just hop over to a different one
