Je voudrait crier haut et fort (même si j’suis pas encore sure qu’il a réglé mon problème) que le technicien @Videotron qui vient de partir de chez moi avait une attitude sua coche. A l’écoute, patient, consciencieux 👌🏻

@gipel49 Bof vous manquez un bon service @Helix nombreux avaient quitté videotron pour bell à cause des possibilités mais retournent pour Helix, les clients de Bell transfèrent pour les coûts la rancune ne fait pas bouillir la marmite 😇✳❗

@Saathe Il faut changer son DNS, message d'une collègue: looks like the persons who have Videotron as Internet Service Provider are experiencing internet issues. Seems like the issue is with their DNS. Some were able to fix it by changing it to a different one, like google's 8.8.8.8

@Videotron Pleas stop saying "sorry for the inconvenience" pleas do give details. It's the entire island and surrounding area. This is a massive issue. What is the eta? If not known, what is the eta on an eta?

@DeeZNuTs_Qc Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your home router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

@GronkWRLD @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Bottom right on your PC right click on the internet connection -> open network settings -> change adapter options -> choose your net and double click -> properties -> find IPv4 -> on the bottom instead of "using auto dns" change it to manual and type in what i said before.
