    @Videotron It was up from 3:00pm yesterday until 9:30pm. Then came back at 8 this morning and down again since just after 3pm!! What gives??? Power is coming back all over!!!

    @pierreluc_leb @Bell Videotron might not be the solution. I have videotron. My recorder is designed to record 8 channels simultaneously, but it doesn't work. I can only record 2 channels.

    @Videotron I will just cancel my service, thanks. Also don't make your clients wait 30 40 50 minutes trying to get in touch with you using 611. It's just like shitting on them. Hire more people if you want to show that you care about them. Its now more than 25 min waiting 2 talk 2 U...

    @Videotron very unsatisfied with service I've received. My plan includes a phone exchange every 2 years. But to get a new phone this time videotron wants to charge me an extra 5$ a month. Decided to keep my old phone. I'm already paying$150 for home phone, internet and cell.

    @Videotron Meanwhile, I'm paying extra for a phone plan that includes a phone that has been payed off for months now. Poor choices, I don't like iPhones, and the Samsung/Motorola are the size of tablets.

    @marbou78 @ASCoC @Videotron Thank you for this; it’s insightful and will help. Thanks again for your time. We have a lot of information now and we have a better understanding of where the “breakdown” of communication may be occurring. Ultimately it appears the third-party isn’t imputing data given to them.

    So.......@videotron disconnected my 76yr old mothers phone line by mistake, gave her line to someone else & they don’t want to reconnect her line cause it would ‘inconvenience’ their new customer smh! 2 months dealing w/ customer service and no resolve! This BS is unacceptable!
