@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.

When Videotron calls you to solve your problems, but actually doesn't lmao.

Bell Fibe vs. Videotron high speed? Which big bad telco is better?

  • SebastienNadeau Sebastien Nadeau (@SebastienNadeau) reported

@PMercier31 EBox is a provider like Videotron or Rogers. The Network portal asks your provider's credentials when you have a paid subscription. It merely acts as a auth process, like when you use your Facebook account to login to another website

  • avo_k Shooter McGavin (@avo_k) reported

@nectarios Videotron is the lesser of 2 evils. Been using Helix without issues. Never used Bell Fibe and have heard its quite good but Bell's customer service and billing is atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

  • emmasvarietyart EmmasVarietyArts (@emmasvarietyart) reported

@DatPinkPuffball Whats even worst is that we cant switch companies since videotron is also responsible for our cable.

  • alexposadzki Alexandra Posadzki (@alexposadzki) reported

@PKP_Qc hints that Videotron would be interested in buying Freedom Mobile; says the company was interested back in 2008 in building a national wireless network but found the spectrum auction too expensive. #INDU #telecom

@Videotron you’ve been double billing me for six months and every time I try to call I have hang up after 1/2 hour on hold because..... seriously?

4th player strategy in late 1990s failed. Both Fido and Clearnet ceased to failed. 4th Player in 2007/2008: While Videotron/Eastlink survived, Canada still ranks near/at top in terms of most expensive so after 10 years, still not working. #CRTC
