    @Videotron It was up from 3:00pm yesterday until 9:30pm. Then came back at 8 this morning and down again since just after 3pm!! What gives??? Power is coming back all over!!!

    @VideotronDiv Your ZyXEL routers are very bad, not user friendly at all. Very difficult to change the domain name & password. What's worse, in WiFi the name is Videotron & people can see your cable going into the house so it's not difficult to see who is using your services.

    @paxful I have 5G on my iPhone connection to the Fido (Rogers) network and I have Videotron wifi at home and I did it mobile data on and off. Same thing.

    Is it true that customers need to pay 100$ for a tech to come and install internet and TV at home @Videotron ?? Tried to do the installation myself but the connection is very poor.. thanks for your help!

    @tonih_78 Hi Toni. The service is now gradually returning. We suggest that you try to restart your Videotron devices. If that doesn't work, it should soon.
