@Videotron It was up from 3:00pm yesterday until 9:30pm. Then came back at 8 this morning and down again since just after 3pm!! What gives??? Power is coming back all over!!!

@Videotron Hey I moved into my friends apartment after he died. I called videotron to close his account and open a new one in my name. They transfered his videotron debt into my name. I received a 400$ debt. I never agreed to take over his account? I only wanted to close his and open one

bro @Videotron please stop doing me ***** with my Internet connection, fr I've had to buy a long-*** Ethernet cable to plug into the modem two floors up just to be able to stream, and even now I can't rely on THAT for a consistent upload ******* tired of this **** man, oh my god

@Milnoc @Videotron never again with them. PKP wrecked house when I was with them and caused me many problems. had to backpay 6 months for which I had already paid and then wait for refund (because of screwup in billing system PKP ordered installed before it was ready.

ok so we just got off the phone with Videotron and apparently the problem's been on their end all along they're sending someone Monday to check it out if nothing happens I will literally lose my **** anyway give me a bit and I'll try to stream again tonight

@Videotron generally offers excellent service and that is why I've hung around as a client for over a decade. The prices have become exorbitant, but that's not the fault of the service folks who take our calls. Today, that script was flipped, and I am beyond disappointed. (3/n)

Oh wonderful, just what I needed today. @videotron trying to rip me off through blatant overbilling & refusing to make it right even after acknowledging they violated our contract. Because being a COVID prisoner isn't bad enough. For shame.

@Videotron Have to say how disappointed I am with the level of customer service from Videotron. I feel that the multiple customer service representatives I have spoken with over the last 2 weeks have not been honest with me about the shipping of the phone I ordered.
