    Je voudrait crier haut et fort (même si j’suis pas encore sure qu’il a réglé mon problème) que le technicien @Videotron qui vient de partir de chez moi avait une attitude sua coche. A l’écoute, patient, consciencieux 👌🏻

    @gipel49 Bof vous manquez un bon service @Helix nombreux avaient quitté videotron pour bell à cause des possibilités mais retournent pour Helix, les clients de Bell transfèrent pour les coûts la rancune ne fait pas bouillir la marmite 😇✳❗

    @IndianaTux @TekSavvyBuzz It’s a Videotron issue. I’m on ebox, tek would be the same. Months of Videotron coming to « fix a hardware issue in the neighbourhood » with no improvement, there clearly are just too many of us uploading during the work day, it’s fine at 2am...

    @jacktodd46 Got rid of videotron, so now I’m stuck with sportsnet and TSN and yes I’m already sick of hearing about the leafs. And good damn I miss Pierre Houde!!

    @Videotron I can’t send you a dm it’s useless no one wants to do anything to help just sending messages to look good to others. I hope people do their research before signing with the worst company on my experience

    @Videotron Internet down again in N.D.I.P. We can't continue like this especially with assignments (homework) needing to be sent in. Time to look for another internet provider.

    @Bell_Support 9 hours without internet wow !!! My neibourgh has videotron... everything is working fine. I was with videotron before and definatly going back as soin as the tech come install his stuff. I already called. Bell is bad ! Very bad customer service !!!

    @Videotron terrible service. upgraded to #Helix and the technician did not take the old equipment. NOW I AM TALKING WITH #COLLECTIONS. Already returned their equipment

    @Videotron I have been having problems with my tv signal for 2 weeks, my tv keeps stopping like we pause it. The only way to get it to work is unplug the power and wait, why ???
