    @gipel49 Bof vous manquez un bon service @Helix nombreux avaient quitté videotron pour bell à cause des possibilités mais retournent pour Helix, les clients de Bell transfèrent pour les coûts la rancune ne fait pas bouillir la marmite 😇✳❗

    Je voudrait crier haut et fort (même si j’suis pas encore sure qu’il a réglé mon problème) que le technicien @Videotron qui vient de partir de chez moi avait une attitude sua coche. A l’écoute, patient, consciencieux 👌🏻

    Tested already : - Modem rebooted - No extra router in between - Tested on multiple computers - All wired on Gbps network - Tested on @Videotron in the same city and no problem. Pleaase confirm there is no ITMP (Internet Traffic Management Policy) for wired internet.

    @Videotron how can I get your cables removed from my property? I purchased a home in August 2020 and when I call your client service line they refused to do a service call because I never had your services. I want these cables off my property asap because of ongoing renovations.

    @Videotron Hi! I want to call to Est Europe and I would like to unlock my phone to do this and also add the 'Overseas long distance calls' option. It's urgent and due to the national holiday the customer service is not available. Please help!

    @jamie_montreal @fizz_ca As A reseller, they have no control over the service the Videotron provides and you cannot contact Videotron, as you are not their customer. Fizz needs to put pressure on Videotron, for their customers.

    @roburwin @fizz_ca Yeah. Fizz kept telling me everything is fine with the service. Then a neighbour on Videotron told me about the outage.
