    @montrealmarc @Videotron I also live in H2V, never lost power - but also have had no home internet since Wednesday. I wonder if I will get a break on my Helix bill this month (hahaha of course not)

  • jamesschriss JCD35 (@jamesschriss) reported

    @Videotron H9R 4M1 still down

  • DanteInfn Dante's Inferno (@DanteInfn) reported

    @Videotron So it went from our teams are on the ground working day and night to passing the buck onto Hydro which is at 95% at the moment. Is the management so obtuse? I've never seen a company in this day and age so unaccountable and with a serious lack of transparency. You're a disgrace!

  • RuprechtMtl Danny B (@RuprechtMtl) reported

    @Videotron BELL is working fine but Videotron is down for 5 days now. What a crap company.

  • SBHSNGL TG (@SBHSNGL) reported

    @AzemOfLight @Videotron No one gives a damn about your useless comment

  • OrionSkydancer Star Origin (@OrionSkydancer) reported

    @Videotron Ahuntsic-Cartierville H2B still down. Been on and off since Friday evening, and this is currently 24+ consecutive hours without power. This is starting to get slightly annoying. Can we have more than just numbers thrown at us, and some actual mapping of restoration efforts?

  • SelmaCheurfi Cheurfi Selma (@SelmaCheurfi) reported

    @Videotron 90%! You have to admire the audacity! Time to switch to another provider! (H4L internet has been down since Wednesday even though electricity was back on Thursday!) spare me the gymnastics! You are not even close to 50%

  • darkmolly ⁑ ✰ MoMo ✰ ⁑ (@darkmolly) reported

    @Videotron Still not working at St-Laurent. No land line, no TV, no internet.

  • patrickaug15655 patrick auger (@patrickaug15655) reported

    @Videotron Not working where I am, my wife working from home, better be back today, or we are switching provider! Sorry but my neighbor as another provider and they have it working since yesterday.

  • synfulosophy Synful (@synfulosophy) reported

    @Videotron You keep saying 90%, but that means nothing when you're the other 10% & you can't get an understanding as to what areas are being worked on next. An outage map similar to HydroQuebec would have been appreciated, but that must have been too hard. How about just naming burroughs?
