    @Videotron Why is my internet so slow, and why is my ping all over the place when i'm trying to have a discord call.

    @glen_mcgregor If I read this right only Bell went down 10%. Rogers and Videotron rates have gone up and because they are interim rates independent ISPs could be on the hook for retroactive payments to the carriers.
