@globalnewsto @Francoisgohabs On Nov. 8, the #QMI editor went to meet a Videotron client who had filed a Small Claims lawsuit to threaten her on behalf of #Videotron. If you don't withdraw your complaint, I'll make you lose your job.

@ETTelecom At #Videotron, they lie to you about your rights and if you insist on having them respected, they will threaten your family. They send their reporters after you outright to extort. Complaint handling goes through extortion at Videotron

False information on your website @Videotron. Tried reaching your technical support (which you claim to be (24/7), however it’s closed right now. Very disappointed with your internet service and support.

@alexandrepratt Also can we quit with the cable tv whining? It’s over, it’s a dying model of distribution. I’m so sick of people complaining about paying $5 for a streaming service, yet have no issue paying Videotron $75+ per month.

@Videotron Vidéotron internet is extremely unreliable! I switched from Bell to Videotron today and the Helix FI router lost connection twice today and got 1mbp per second on several occasions 😡 Not the 400 mbps advertised! Never had any issues with Bell in 4 years!

Basically we have Bell, Videotron, rogers & Telus paying CNOC for #CRTC regulatory filings, hidden for a ~ year. People supposed to trust CNOC ever again as if they represent & are a voice for "independent internet service providers". They are lip flappers for incumbents.
