Problèmes avec mes enregistrements sur #Helix depuis 3 jours… J’ai vu que je n’étais pas seule @Videotron. C’est généralisé ou j’appelle le service à la clientèle avec qui je suis rendue chum parce que j’ai tellement appelé de fois pour mon Hélix? 🙄

@rosschrisa @Johnnnyboy11 I had more problems with quality with Bell than any other provider. And there customer service is awful. That's one area where Videotron is clearly superior.

Seriously **** videotron, took money out of my account when I asked for a freeze on my internet bill this month and that was supposed to be for meds. If you ask a company for a freeze during a pandemic, maybe they should do so because everyone is struggling? So frustrated today

@Videotron @kathym425 im happy you have your clients in mind... but why did i receive a letter also announcing me a 3$ increase on my TV bill ? losing AMC is losing The Walking Dead...clearly not a service upgrade quality.

@zaheedonism @Videotron 400/50 for the whole home. I’ve got most stuff hooked up via hardwire (thank goodness for MoCA adapters!) but even then our Sunday night speeds have always been horrid.

@zaheedonism @Videotron @SaskTelSupport Isn’t it always the case? I mean, I *never* get 400 on any speedtest but I understand that it’s 400 shared among all devices in my network.
