    Problèmes avec mes enregistrements sur #Helix depuis 3 jours… J’ai vu que je n’étais pas seule @Videotron. C’est généralisé ou j’appelle le service à la clientèle avec qui je suis rendue chum parce que j’ai tellement appelé de fois pour mon Hélix? 🙄

    Bell filed a complaint last fall against Vrai, because Quebecor wasn’t offering it at all to non-Videotron subs, a clear violation of #CRTC policy. It’s now available through the QUB app, but Bell says that offers fewer concurrent streams and can’t be watched on a set-top box.

    I regret to inform you that there is yet another #CRTC dispute between Bell and Quebecor. Bell has filed a complaint about Vrai, Quebecor’s reality TV streaming service, saying the version offered to non-Videotron subscribers is of poorer quality and twice the price.

    @MarahFA @TSN_Sports Videotron. I get the same thing on TSN2 that I get on TSN3 that's blacking me out of Preds/Jets. Figure your ******* **** out @TSN_Sports

    @Videotron, why i pay so much just for my wifi to go down almost everyday?. **** is ridiculous.

    @Videotron Verifying it is not the issue, I can confirm the quality of the connection is awful. Been like this since we switched to Helix.

    Videotron made life crazy with sending me the wrong order then resending another , then when I returned the first order they cancelled the corrected order and after 10 days I still now have no service and if I want it I must now pay full price upfront for equipment #videotron

    @theolesen @Videotron I do too! I called and they said there’s a problem with the network and engineers are working on it… been waiting for at least an hour!

    @iceRK9 @isabellerivo A problem occurred about 3 months ago in Quebec with videotron, and the network was cut off for about 4 hours, and more than a million subscribers were affected by this outage I am not comparing between countries, i'm talking about the ways in which the regimes can take advantage
