I guess times have changed. Im used to hearing a more "I dont give a **** about your problems" tone from them.

Bianca (@BiaMurr) reported@Videotron I've been on the phone with TekSavvy for 3-4 straight now. That's about 6 phone calls. It's been the same reoccurring issue. And poor TekSavvy can't do anything for me because I receive my Internet from you, @Videotron. I might have to change providers.

I have all the call logs and phone calls are recorded by you guys, so there's no private here. You guys like to dig graves and bury ****.

Audience encompasses all for the Bell/Rogers/Telus/Videotron AdTech industry, not necessarily broadcast objectives... IMO, off the top of my head.
