    @nickbackovic You're forgetting the best part When this played, it caused Videotron's Helix service to crash for a ton of people for several hours. So the message telling everyone to stay home and not have NYE party comes and takes away people's ability to stay home and watch TV

Rather than Telus (and other carriers, eg. Bell, Rogers, Videotron, etc.) selling data to PHAC perhaps its public obligation as 6/

    @Videotron Twice within a week your service shuts down for no reason. What is happening? No internet and no TV?...
