    @Videotron A customer for very, very long time. I left @Bell a long time ago after poor customer service. I can’t believe I am looking into pricing on their site tonight. Guess Fibe is the way to go.

    Hey @Videotron I've been on the line with you guys for about 25 minutes and none of y'all are answering. I've got some connectivity issues going on right now. What gives?

    @sterling_cohen @Videotron I got a response back and the cause for my outage is because their “infrastructure” does not have power. Hydro Quebec is saying it could take till Monday to restore all power so I am not holding my breath.

    @Videotron Videotron should have back up systems in place in the event of any kind of extreme weather, NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE at all! We need better than this! and credits to ALL of videotrons clients!
