@FelChocobo @Videotron ... let's say in the worst scenario, services are down until midnight. 1pm to 12. We talk about 11 hours. In a month, there's approx. 720 hours. You're asking for a credit of 1.53% :) ... Again, IF you lose 10 hours of services, which I highly doubt.
