    @Videotron Yooooo guys I need some help here. My account shows a credit of $465 after I accidentally overpaid you in August, and still kept paying monthly anyway. Agent says he sees $75 credit only. My customer centre says $465. Seriously all I want is Helix and ya'll givin me HEADACHES.

    @Videotron Modem and router. Obviously tried the standard unplugging and resetting many times during the last 20 hours. Trying to change my DNS server to the Google one and not working either. At a loss and need my schoolwork.

    @Videotron Videotron internet service is out again in my area (Roxboro, QC). Have checked with the neighbours as well. Any updates?
