    @cuto8 @reideltj @Videotron With the storm, Ottawa South is never going to see a resolution. They will deny any claims now that they can blame the storm. I am switching to bell on Tuesday, and while I’m mad I’ll be paying more, I’ll be happy to have service that works and support Apple Watch.

    @Videotron Hélix for me has been having interruptions with the internet days before the power outage, already messaged you guys I’m waiting for a response.

    Day 6 of @Videotron’s outage in Ottawa South. No update on when service will return. Call to support suggested it may be a month. Proceed with caution when selecting a carrier when you live near the edge. Repairs are slooooooow.

    @reideltj @DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Videotron doesn't seem to give that option for iPhone. Sigh. Sure, it's a workaround but slow

    @Videotron We have no internet or tv in Lachute. Your phone lines are always busy so I'm resorting to Twitter to contact you regarding the outage.

    @reideltj @DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Videotron doesn't seem to give that option for iPhone. Sigh. For Android, I can do it but it's a slow workaround.

    @Videotron so technical support can't remove devices neither. Who's the genius that suggested this downgrade to your network to wait for the device to be disconnected before allowing it to be forgotten?
