Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ljp0101 ljp0101 (@ljp0101) reported

@Scorpionblue13 @JulianKlymochko Once it acquires Freedom, it has national scale and will be able to create a national network (and is bridged by the other agreements). Videotron will compete aggressively on price, data caps, no roaming, and more. Even if it wanted to do that today, it couldn't.

  • WMichaelOsborne Michael Osborne (@WMichaelOsborne) reported

Federal Court of Appeal ordered a "stay" of #CompetitionTribunal decision in Rogers-Shaw-Videotron merger on an "interim, temporary, emergency basis". A mere stay would not prevent the deal from closing; what the @CompBureau needs is an injunction.

  • Milnoc François Caron 🇨🇦 (💉❎5️⃣) (@Milnoc) reported

Finally contacted Videotron. Got $5 off my monthly bill for $40 per month plus tax, and an extra 4 GB a month for a total of 10 GB per month with a 10 GB yearly overflow block. If I have to cancel a service to make ends meet, I can cancel TekSavvy and tether off of Videotron.

  • salgood Salgood Sam aka Max Douglas 💉 💉💉 💉 🦠 (@salgood) reported

@TekSavvyCSR @Videotron Oh you already are, i talked twice with your help line on the phone, they opened a ticket yesterday and still hadn't gotten any info from @Videotron when i talked to them this afternoon. It's not you it's them.

  • Dan_Hogg Dan Hogg (@Dan_Hogg) reported

@videotron says its a @tsn issue. TSN says it is Videotron. @CRTCeng care to weight in?

  • Golans_lol LPL 🔜🏊‍♂️ 🏠 (@Golans_lol) reported

Videotron is the worst piss **** company on the ******* planet it's ******* disgusting

  • WMichaelOsborne Michael Osborne (@WMichaelOsborne) reported

There are two big problems with the @CompBureau position. (1) The original deal will not, cannot, happen: the parties have entered into binding agreements to sell Freedom to Videotron.

  • eduardorevuelta Eduardo Revuelta (@eduardorevuelta) reported

@Videotron gaming using this third world internet is so frustrating and I'm stuck with this garbage for another 6 months..

  • InsaneLawsane Marc Lawsane (@InsaneLawsane) reported

@Videotron so what's the problem now?

  • Co_Piloter The CoPiloter (@Co_Piloter) reported

@peternowak I was curious re: part of the Freedom sale to Videotron, Rogers would provide Videotron access to their wired network at rates below what was established for any other competitor ( e.g. Teksavvy ). Doesnt this violate some rule, og give grounds to get that lowered rate for all?
