Sadly going to have to give up @Videotron mobile as they don’t support eSim and iPhone 14 doesn’t have a SIM card tray. Shame as they have been good for the last 4 years. Any suggestions??

@Videotron Since Fizz is owned by @Videotron there is DEFINITELY something videotron can do to fix this terrible customer service. How about you either forward this complaint to your manager or you give me your manager's contact information?

@paxful I have 5G on my iPhone connection to the Fido (Rogers) network and I have Videotron wifi at home and I did it mobile data on and off. Same thing.

Videotron really testing my nerves today. 6 months. Late fees every month, I pay at least 6 days advance. They keep kicking the can down the road. It’s outright stealing actually. $1. Every mo is a lot of money for these thieves
