@1HabRising I'm pissed I was mad at Videotron yesterday for the service outage... There was no rush guys sorry... I could have skipped that one and read a book or something. The new @HardcoreHistory should drop any moment now.

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

@BenKlass Freedom's plans often appear 'better'. However, their service offering is less. For example, those plans do not have data access Nationwide. Even their Big-Gig plans only have 1 Gb Nationwide. On the other hand, Videotron's full data access appears to be available all over Canada

What a crappy customer service by @Videotron fizz. Deactivated my service few months back but no refunds. There is no support either. Don’t go by their cheap price. The service is trash.@mtlgazette @CJAD800
