Does @Videotron give anyone GOOD customer service? When you ask for someone's name so you know who you're talking to, is "Do you want my DNA too?" an appropriate response? What about essentially daring someone to find another Internet provider if they're tired of your crap? 🤔

The solution for Videotron is to pay this modem and buy a new one. The I should pay 2 new modems because their cheap hardware they sell. A shame .. I am trying ti rig off and see another provider.

@Videotron I have Helix since January. The noise from de modem is impossible to support. Videotron change the modem for a new one (same model) and it is noise as much as the first one.

4th player strategy in late 1990s failed. Both Fido and Clearnet ceased to failed. 4th Player in 2007/2008: While Videotron/Eastlink survived, Canada still ranks near/at top in terms of most expensive so after 10 years, still not working. #CRTC
