@AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>

Had an issue with my @videotron app - was geo restricted in Google Play but it seems it is because @GooglePlay makes it hard for apps like that to abide by multi-national T&S. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But CS went to the trouble of actually talking to devs and getting back to me which was nice

@Videotron Yeah well I finally just got my helix device after you guys yanking me around trying to not give me the price you promised and it's not working. Not the app, just the whole helix. Must say it was well worth spending my whole weekend on the phone!
