  Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

  @eltseak They will understand it better, when I cancel my Vidéotron and any other subscription with PKP companies. I encourage others to follow the same way.

  @Videotron I am beyond frustrated. I work from home and the Internet cuts every 5-10 mins it’s been a solid 2 hours I am not able to work. It’s very infuriating when you can’t even work because the wifi keeps going down.

  @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

  @Zontar_Dow These surveys assume the entire population was watching TV. It's an outdated metric from the 20th century. They should use the data from service providers...I used to work for Videotron 12 years ago. They could get those real numbers back then if they wanted to...
