    @1HabRising I'm pissed I was mad at Videotron yesterday for the service outage... There was no rush guys sorry... I could have skipped that one and read a book or something. The new @HardcoreHistory should drop any moment now.

    @Videotron It my 1st day as videotron client and I am already facing some problems. Ichanged the mobile operator and I activated my new SIM card, but I can’t receive any calls. I am able to make call but for those that are calling me, they hear a msg “this number is unavailable”

    @Videotron if your cancellation dep is closed why are you not telling that to your customers when they are calling after hours instead of letting tham hang on a call that can't possibly get answered?

    @Videotron I will just cancel my service, thanks. Also don't make your clients wait 30 40 50 minutes trying to get in touch with you using 611. It's just like shitting on them. Hire more people if you want to show that you care about them. Its now more than 25 min waiting 2 talk 2 U...

    @Videotron Meanwhile, I'm paying extra for a phone plan that includes a phone that has been payed off for months now. Poor choices, I don't like iPhones, and the Samsung/Motorola are the size of tablets.

    @Videotron The site is pretty much useless during night bc it somehow needs daily maintenance, and forget about trying to make any changes without having to jump through hoops and having to log in 2 or 3 times bc you get disconnected. Awful.

    @Videotron very unsatisfied with service I've received. My plan includes a phone exchange every 2 years. But to get a new phone this time videotron wants to charge me an extra 5$ a month. Decided to keep my old phone. I'm already paying$150 for home phone, internet and cell.

    @reneritchie Hey René yesterday I saw the Macbreak and your internet speed was really bad and we could hear your voice and your mouth would start 4-6 seconds later. You might want to look into this. You with Videotron?

    So.......@videotron disconnected my 76yr old mothers phone line by mistake, gave her line to someone else & they don’t want to reconnect her line cause it would ‘inconvenience’ their new customer smh! 2 months dealing w/ customer service and no resolve! This BS is unacceptable!
