@1HabRising I'm pissed I was mad at Videotron yesterday for the service outage... There was no rush guys sorry... I could have skipped that one and read a book or something. The new @HardcoreHistory should drop any moment now.

@Videotron I am not sure what videotron technicians are doing. It has been 4 hours since the service went offline. Videotron's helpline is also not responding. What r u doing to return services in Walkley avenue, NDG?

@Videotron Instead of filling us in with misleading % and tweets about field workers receiving chocolate, perhaps giving more specific details about areas and issues would be better. You are very effectively convincing us all to change internet providers once this is all said and done

@Videotron Honestly, that appears to be a bold face lie. People are reporting no service in other areas. Nothing will ever excuse this shameful, poor support. All the years of price increases for improved services. This is what I get for 34 years as a client. Still no service. Hello Bell.
