Anybody downtown (Outremont, Plateau) have Videotron home internet? Sister is reporting an outage and they claim its in the whole area.

@MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.

@tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

@ThePeterKelly Telus and their subsidiaries are available in some areas. I use Koodo in Hamilton and it's fine service-wise. Unfortunately since Freedom was bought up in 2015 Ontarians don't have the option to support a provider outside the big 3/4, unless you're in Ottawa & can get videotron.

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

@Videotron internet down for almost 30 mins now. Why so many service interruptions midday in the past couple weeks. This is the longest though.
