    @Videotron I'm in Montreal west and I have no service. I believe there are service trucks up the road. Any idea when it will be restored?

    Is it true that customers need to pay 100$ for a tech to come and install internet and TV at home @Videotron ?? Tried to do the installation myself but the connection is very poor.. thanks for your help!

    @Videotron Thanks for that.. I have connected with the customer service, and they said there is an outage in my location and will be back by around 2pm Est.. I hope it gets resumed more earlier.. thanks
