I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@sol_da_ @Videotron The audacity they have. + the representatives I spoke to had such bad attitudes. They tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor or something.

@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.
