@milnoc at the time you got your SIM card with Vidéotron, did it already have VolTE service ? Just curious if last of VoLTE is because your SIM might be too old or if Videotron blocking you because it doesn’t like your phone.

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@Videotron and before you lecture me on how to use the PVR, I went and had to set "Record series" again, since next week episode wasn't set to record. It not like you have ever fixed any of the TV guide issues I have had in the past. So I keep complaining. Pay more, get less.

after 3 weeks with bad *** WiFi and the worst customer service from Primus, we are finally changing to @Videotron so I pray I have decent WiFi from now on

  • Sauto_aie Sauto (@Sauto_aie) reported

@Videotron why is your internet so ****** ****?

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@Videotron no need to be in private. Basically the PVR didn't recognize the show anymore as being set to record. It's either: 1. the PVR is garbage anforget what it is doing. 2. the TV guide changed and whatever identifies the show (Star Trek Picard) changed. I'd think 2.

@Videotron would have been simpler to tell me you can't do anything through DM. I wouldn't have wasted time talking through twitter and called directly the labyrinth of customer service and repeating the context all over again

  • peter_chras Peter (@peter_chras) reported

@Videotron we’ve had an internet outage in the Brossard area for the past hour should I call to report it?

  • asta asta (@asta) reported

@TSN_Sports would love to but your signal isn't getting through on @Videotron today. GRRRRR

  • KalSDavian kal | Nihilian Effect 📚 saga (@KalSDavian) reported

@Videotron your new Helix modem is stupid. It has **** parental controls that automatically add any new/turned on devices to the untrusted list, making me constantly need to adjust settings, & half of the settings locked behind a phone app make everything needlessly complicated.

oh no not videotron salespeople showing up (without their mask on) at my door trying to get me to sign up with them for a service that is more expensive than my current provider then trying to "splain" what the CRTC is as a communications grad :'D
