    @Videotron Helix gateway (tower) was working since the electricity came back around 10AM. But 20 min ago no internet, no TV, the tower is blinking orange. Gateway offline. Is it our gateway that's defective? Or is it something else? Trying to call customer service, always busy.

    @Videotron People with power outages running their generators still had internet and wifi your telling me with power back on you guys can’t fix your internet get good Vidéotron…..

    @Videotron It was up from 3:00pm yesterday until 9:30pm. Then came back at 8 this morning and down again since just after 3pm!! What gives??? Power is coming back all over!!!

    One hour on chat on #videotron with no response from them. Awful , regardless of the storm, we they need find a way to communicate with their customers. It would reduce the stress on clients and staff
