    @Videotron it’s 2 days and still nothing, spoke with tech support and they are working on it. Fix the problem.

    @Videotron so after speaking with tech support, still no help. I’m priority to get service back but its been 3 days. Can I assume this month will be free??

    @Bell_Support as 50+ year Bell subscriber I am disappointed that your receivers no longer support Netflix. I called to upgrade to the new Box and was told I have to upgrade my PVR as well. $50. Shipping for each = $100 and I do the installation. @Videotron will perhaps be better

    @Vono13 @CP24 Not true at all. In Montreal, Rogers, Telus, Videotron and Bell worked together to install the network, at NO COST, to the City. It doesn't make them any more profits. BAI however wants to use our data to push ads to us, so they can make money.

    @videotron no wifi on my modem since 10 am at my home in NDG. Ive talked with support two times and they didn’t solve it 😡

    Besides providing a service with a speed way lower than I hired, @Videotron now is not working at all. I guess it’s time to change.
