    Videotron can you update the Illico EPG to reflect the changes to Teletoon and Cartoon Network? Really shouldn't have to use the Helix EPG to see what's coming up on Boomerang since Illico's EPG has not been updated with the new info's yet.

    @MobileSyrup I’m with @Videotron on a win back plan, coverage is excellent and customer service is beyond reproach!

    @Videotron Thanks but this needs to go to customer loyalty or whatever the next step is. Or even the CCTS. I’m out $700.
