@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

@GadSaad @Videotron If you have a personal router (not Helix) - login to your router and set the DNS servers to Google 8.8.8.8 and Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 for now. Connecting your computer to the router/modem using an Ethernet cable should also work.

@ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Down here in Westmount, we have online team meeting at 2:30pm🙈 I have to use my data plan to connect

  • CBergstaller Camille Bergstaller (@CBergstaller) reported

@MTLDaniel @Videotron It’s been 3h now and I have an exam and no wifi. Thankfully the exam got postponed (because of the outage). But yes they do happen, but don’t upgrade our prices claiming it’s for better services.

@LykeOnTopp @BaJumVFX @Videotron If you're not a Bell customer, I might look better but as a customer, it's not. I guess you didn't hear about the massive layoff last week.

  • RealJoeSoldano Joe (@RealJoeSoldano) reported

@TheKaufmanShow It was a Videotron outage. Not the "internet" but a server issue. I checked online and there was a workaround. 1) connected to my phone's hotspot 2) logged into my PC's VPN Worked like a charm, but the outage still sucked. I'm staying with Videotron.

@idcdaph @theboybibs Toxic is the videotron rep that just hang up on me right after telling me "we're having trouble with the service in your area" 😭 Boy WHAT?

  • BigFatRebound Charlotte N (@BigFatRebound) reported

Videotron is down, Helix gateway inaccessible. But managed to change the DNS on my computer so HUZZAH this works.

@canadiancapers @AdmiralHackbar @Videotron Whenever they fix their problem just go to your wifi settings and set the dns back to automatic

  • Flott_ttv Flott (@Flott_ttv) reported

@IndigosPop @AdmiralHackbar @Videotron It might be because your already had twitter and facebook DNS cached before videotron servers went down?
