    QUEBEC PEOPLE: can we please all cancel our videotron services as soon as their ******* customer service line is back up??? BRO THIS IS RIDICULOUS. everyone is working/studying from home rn, and they cant even have a reliable SERVICE!!!!!

    All WiFi devices and Windows computers : down.. Linux wired to same router : works fine! @Videotron your call center is also in difficulties and the website is down.. what's going on ?

    @Videotron OK. I have no internet and when I call, it tells me the numbers for technicL support and customer service, don't exist. Would appreciate some answers and service

    @Videotron paid $60 for videotron technician to add a cable to my router which they installed incorrectly at the first place and lag issues persisted now complete outage. bravo
