Thomas Markus (@thomas_markus1) reported@Videotron @VideotronDiv seriously does it take a rocket scientist to solve the pixel issue on CNN. It's been months! (I have spoken to the call support centre and x it is q central feed issue).
-
François Caron 🇨🇦 (💉x4) (@Milnoc) reported@BenKlass @Videotron @TekSavvyBuzz I miss Australia's $40 per month 15 GB 4G service.
-
Nick Hatswell (@strutswell) reported@Mae149 @Videotron Curious what the problem is for the vpn? Is traffic going outside vpn when DNS returns AAAA records?
-
Manon Lessard (@Mae149) reported@strutswell @Videotron We run an ipv6 infra but we don't do ipv6 DNS resolution. So among other things, we'd have to that, and there are issues with windows share that have been known to cause issues in the past when clients show up v6. Not a huge deal but on top of heavy pile.
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported@apukwa Yup. Videotron was able to buy spectrum in the area freedom/Shaw-mobile operates because they were selling vpn service or something in Manitoba. Rules are u can't get spectrum w/o facilities. ISED allowed it calling it facilities Was a court fight. Videotron & ISED won.
-
Manon Lessard (@Mae149) reported@noIPv6 @nikize0 @Videotron Agreed. Nothing against v6, it’s just a pain because ppl are dragging their feet towards full support.
-
lowercase? i hardly know ercase! (@katielowercase) reported@mondavilalba calling videotron tech support is the highlight of my night so far
-
Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reportedAmong the conditions the federal government has placed is for Quebecor to lower Freedom Mobile's prices by 20 per cent so they align with Videotron's mobile service prices in Quebec. Quebecor says they are willing to do this.
-
Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported@RogerD416 No actual #MVNO will emerge under these newly detailed old decisions. Doesn't help large regionals as they already have network sharing or roaming deals (Videotron, Freedom, Eastlink). Does not help potential new entrants e.g. Cogeco or Xplorenet either. Nothing-burger. New wrap.

RS (@RSmithC2) reported@What23HasDone That's not what happened. He just gave it to Videotron who will price fix with Rogers like they already do. It's a way to save face to the public and still get Rogers what they wanted. Now Rogers doesn't have to worry about being undercut, while Videotron cause easily raise prices
