Any other Videotron subscribers lose TV? My Helix is down, their support is closed, there is a curfew here. Do I just go to sleep I planned on relaxing with some TV tonight. This sucks @Videotron, you owe me for this!

@Videotron - I called to put services on vacation mode and keep my internet running. The agent told me it was no problem. The next day no services work. I spend 1.5hrs on phone. Today you suspended my services. You charge me 50$. I have to wait until tomorrow. Horrible service!
