@1HabRising I'm pissed I was mad at Videotron yesterday for the service outage... There was no rush guys sorry... I could have skipped that one and read a book or something. The new @HardcoreHistory should drop any moment now.

Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @CentreBell , I can advise you to go to Bell.

ebox & Distributel & Videotron bought VMedia. And this is why the TPIA regime will not do what #Shaw's lawyer claims it will do--ie. help Videotron bundle & compete hard w/ Telus--& this whole line of argument seems like a big distraction. 4/

The TPIA regime has been key, argues #Shaw lawyer, since the 90s & given rise to indy ISPs & @cnoconline members. This'll be key to @Videotron's success b/c it'll allow it to compete in wireline service & to bundle that w/ mobile to compete head on w/ Telus-- 1/x #Rogers #CRTC

.@CompBureau expert argues that Videotron will have less competitive strength than Shaw Mobile & Freedom b/c it lacks the same level of access to wireline facilities, weaker customer base, less ability to bundle & to ctl parameters of business, etc.

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

@LazerothYT @Videotron yup, basically impossible to game 90% of the time. I have a top tier router, bought new cables, bought a good intel internet card to make sur the issue wasnt my motherboard's nic, factory resetted my router. Basically did everything possible on my side and nothing worked
