    Holy **** i just spent an increasingly exasperated 2 hours on chat with customer service at videotron and eventually i was so annoying that they figured out SOME way, i don't know how, to get me my new phone Monday instead of in February. GOD BLESS being annoying.

    @Aykind_nobs @Distributel @Videotron Probably they started firing the talented people and they got some newbies trying to figure out how to run their systems. They lie about the issue in my area Vidéotron is working but distributel is down.

    @Videotron are you going to acknowledge your outage that affects Acanac clients? Are you going to fix it? They confirmed that the issue is on your end.
