    @Videotron Is there an outage map for clients to see what areas are currently affected by issues? Can't tell if an issue is due to ice storm (likely) or if it's faulty equip on user end. Seems like a worthwhile investment; can save frustration for both clients & your tech staff.

    One hour on chat on #videotron with no response from them. Awful , regardless of the storm, we they need find a way to communicate with their customers. It would reduce the stress on clients and staff

    @Videotron it’s gonna be funny to see the number of lost Vidéotron customers switching over to bell both **** but clearly bell is better….

    @Videotron It was up from 3:00pm yesterday until 9:30pm. Then came back at 8 this morning and down again since just after 3pm!! What gives??? Power is coming back all over!!!

    @Videotron Your services are garbage. Your staff are trained to answer rubbish to customers' questions, and you have no respect to your customers' concern. I'm terminating my subscription.

    @IFizziks @Videotron I’m having the same problem, they told me just unplug my box and plug it back in and that did nothing 😒

    @sterling_cohen @Videotron I got a response back and the cause for my outage is because their “infrastructure” does not have power. Hydro Quebec is saying it could take till Monday to restore all power so I am not holding my breath.
