@jfmezei @Milnoc Landline is a susceptible to everything (tree's, power, poles falling etc). Power outage on landline Phone: Videotron has battery back-up on phones (supposed to last 8 hrs, but old batteries can deplete, can order another for ~$15), Bell is an $ option, ~35$ that no one buys. 1/2

I received an email Friday with an order for Wi-Fi pods which I never ordered. I called retention today to resolve all of this and get a credit for the missed appointment. I also explained this is a retention issue as Videotron quoted me 150 tax in for same services.
