@TekSavvyCSR @Videotron Oh you already are, i talked twice with your help line on the phone, they opened a ticket yesterday and still hadn't gotten any info from @Videotron when i talked to them this afternoon. It's not you it's them.

@harrissn @commsarchives Used to live in former Videotron cable area in London and had their telephone service, got a couple of extensions installed after the Cable & Wireless takeover in 1997 and they were C&W branded. Stayed a cable telephone customer with NTL but left sometime after Virgin takeover.

Oh @FreedomMobile you need to finally break down the wall and let us use our phones everywhere in Canada. @Videotron only operates in Quebec; yet they have national data built into their plans. And I don’t mean the tiny buckets of 500mb you give us…. Sigh.

Trying to help my mom adjust her @Videotron mobile, cable and internet settings and I have never in my ever living years using internet websites had such an incomprehensibly terrible, topstitch turbo, mind meltingly non sensical UX experience in my whole damn life. shame on you!

Nice to know @videotron is screwing with secondary ISP the sell to, supposed to be getting 15mpbs down and 10 up, but upload speeds r the low kbps and half or less my normal download rates, and they have given @TekSavvyCSR no info since the ticket was opened over 24hrs ago.
